Yes, it is a slow progress because of the amount of work that needs to be done to make it good. Most projects are handled by a single person, who is probably a student at the time or has free time between the McDonalds shifts. A lot drop out because of the amount of work, slow progress and the uncertainty if it becomes a success. It's a huge hit and miss business. Most miss and go away.

It's funny how people keep asking for news ...
Ok, take it slowly for those who have to help.
Nothing has happened for a year and nothing more will come in the future.
Icstor is rapidly losing patrons, now it's 6117 compared to 6400 and something two weeks ago ...
And that Patreon is only supposed to have card problems with his supporters,of all things, is an easily understandable excuse ...
Obviously a few woke up there ...

But I still have one news: Hachigames has released an update again and
that's exactly how I imagine the ideal game development.
When I can't keep up with downloading and playing ...

Hey all,

I'm one of those lurkers that doesn't post that often but really feels the need to here. Hopefully you will all look at this as an engaging discussion point and not another "hater/flame-fest" but here goes::

MILFY CITY IS ABANDONDED.

There I said it. Can't we just flag it as such and put this poor horse to rest instead of shooting it up again every few days? Why is this not flagged as abandoned yet?!?

ICSTOR is a very talented developer...I love the work he's done but let's face it he has some commitment issues on communication and project completion. (And as an aside let's throw out the serious moral issues when it comes to fleecing his Patreon flock.) And for what it's worth I'm not a patreon supporter...but I do pay for "finished" products off of STEAM and stuff (i.e. BEING A DIK). Its developers like ICSTOR which put me off of the monthly support model.

I really wish this game saw some more attention and a proper finish but at some point even the F95 Admins have to take notice and at least make a moral stand.

Thank you F95 forum-ers for reading through this......thank you ICSTOR for giving us QUALITY (yet-incomplete) enjoyment.....thank you for F95 for putting up this forum.

Milfy City is the result from a single person, who hit the jackpot by coming into the market early and now only milks it. This is not how a real business is run.

You can see this with a lot of these games, when you look at their patreon pages. Years of work for a pretty good game with a nice story and all they have are 200 patrons pledging an average of $10 each. This pays for some bills and big rims for the car... but that's not the basis for a sustained business.

Understood. Question, how long have these games been around really??? 5yrs or so, 10 maybe??? Porn/Sex sells and porn is probably the biggest money maker if not the most popular niche of media on the internet. That being said, there should be big money to be made in adult porn games such as these, no??? My point is, aren't you surprised that multiple big companies that can afford a budget, advanced hardware, have a 10 to 20dev team etc etc, haven't jumped on this band wagon and started churning out games and making big money???? Or do you think that most people want a quick fix in porn, just watch it online, jerkoff and can be done with it in the time frame that they choose, without having to grind a game to get their fix????

I'm just surprised that everything seems so "indie" in this genre of porn
