Relatively.lol, you must be new here.
Only pay what you can afford, and what you think it's worth to you.its hurt when you paid $80 for a game which you dont even know its still in dev or not
For me it was these factors:Was it:
- the characters (especially Linda, Caroline, and Sara)
- the storyline
- the animations
- the renders/designs
- something else?
For me, it was definitely the animations. I thought they really stood out compared to other devs games that were released (or had been released) around that time and believed that it was the main reason why people rated it so highly.
I could've been wrong mind you, I'm not really sure.
I'd be very interested to know users think was the ONE main thing about this game that made it, at a point in time, one of the highest supported/followed adult games.
It was my first game in that genre. And when Linda closes the doors behind her, and gives to MC that naughty look (on a weekend event) i was like "DAMMMM BOYYY, DAMMMM BOYYY". :dI'd be very interested to know what users think was the ONE main thing about this game that made it, at a point in time, one of the highest supported/followed adult games.
For me it was the renders/design. It blew away pretty much every other game that was out there when it first came out with how gorgeous the characters looked. The storyline was simple yet engaging and keep the story flowing pretty smoothly. I wasn't too keen on the school principal being a major drug dealer as I thought it made the story a little more far-fetched than it needed to be. The characters and animations were very good in my opinion. Where I think he messed up was the end of the last update where the father found the MC and mom in bed or not. This required a major investment in future updates as now he had to provide at least 2 separate paths for the player to take. I can only imagine it would have increased the size of the updates needed as well as the time it would take to create it because now every event that happened before hand would require two separate updates to incorporate into the branching storylines. I think either he wasn't ready to try something so big or he thought he was and realized he messed up by doing it. That more than anything probably caused him to just get fed up with the game and rush a finish for it.Like most on here, I'm well aware of what the majority of people think of Icstor, so I won't repeat what most have already said.
What I would really like to know is what people remember as the main attraction or stand out part of this game, when the first played it? What was it about Milfy City, in your own opinion (not what other people think), that made it one of the most popular games on here?

I'd say female characters (the Mc is a complete unlikable creep ) and the animations/renders. The writing was goofy as best, I mean I don't have any high expectation for a porn game but the Celia's blackmailing plot and the school principal being a mobster were beyond stupid.Like most on here, I'm well aware of what the majority of people think of Icstor, so I won't repeat what most have already said.

I'd say the fact that the game at the time was well balanced.Like most on here, I'm well aware of what the majority of people think of Icstor, so I won't repeat what most have already said.

Totally agree.I'd say the fact that the game at the time was well balanced.
Sexy girls with atleast some character.
A story that actually was coherent and written in understandable english (not engrish).
A short time fun and no matter what your type in girls were you had atleast one arc type in the game.
Now adays the art looks vincent and the stories are bland... heck some scenes from the last Update (Caroline) made me fall asleep and fast forward since the sexscene can only be described as ugly... leave alone the text being B-Class Porn Level.
Either you lack experience to compare or your Standards are rather opposing mine (and likely many of the more focal folks around here).i don't know about the future of this game, but Milf City is still one of the best adult games out there
