in 2019 yes. but v0.6 was heavily delayed so 0.6 was released in december, so 0.7 was posponed to January. But well, another year postponed since.

Real talk though, the taboo nature of the industry means that is under supplied for its demand. If you do want to make some money and have the resources to put together a good art team you can make a killing. I would go the 2D route though personally.
