It's not required for the Dev to talk to anyone on this Forum, admin or user alike.
ANY Communication what so ever in regards to the game development each 3 month is sufficient to keep that tag away... which is one of the reasons people believe ICStor comes around in that intervall by giving none informative "news" and excuses about none existing gamedevelopment

No progress has been made for like half a year and all we've had is some dumbass screenshots for his new game that looks fucking stupid. BADIK and TON are the wave rn let this thread die so he actually has to work for a living.

Why am I not surprised at all to open this forum two months after last check just to find there's no update?
I don't know if he lost interest in his creation or whatever else could have happened, he just could have been honest about it instead of postponing and postponing making players and pledgers to believe he would have delivered...
That's a shame and a pretty stupid move to waste all the credit you earned with previous games, because you'll hardly get it back or, if so, you'll never have it back as it was.

yeah and the "preview" of the next game was literally five pictures of the same character, in the same background, with same pose... the fella either has lost both his arms and legs or he just has a very slow calendar

Feel like we need a pinned thread in the Dev Help section on "Best Practices for Developers: Maintaining Good Relations With Patrons" and "Best Practices for Developers: Project Planning and Tracking". This whole sub-market is so play-it-by-ear that this stuff is rampant.

It is honestly starting to get to be too much with these "devs". It's not going to stop unless their whales stop supporting them. You can kind of tell which games are gonna make it because they take the money and expand their team. Seeds and Alansyia are examples of how to do this right.

- consistent updates

- communication

- have a team building the game

- get a publisher/platform

Since this game is no where near completion, and clearly production ended a year ago, further discussion here is moot and off topic. This thread unfortunately needs to be locked for the good of people who continue to think this game is actually playable, when it isn't.

maybe... but technically he is right about "the game is playable"...
You'll start with a new perspective in this genre and come to be intrigued only to be disappointed by failing continuality of this "fresh wind" and finally end with an open end and plenty loose ends
