You mean 2nd company name? You can retrieve it under the desk on dad's office, you can access it by clicking his desk chair. It requires a key code and is found on the left drawer beside the statue.

You have to progress the story lines a little more for both.
Moms path opens after you have the morning in her room talking and kissing, do that until just kissing. Then make sure you go buy red wine, and the event should open for the weekend...........Peace!!

So by skipping event, i am not missing anything?
What i mean is say is , is it not possible to access event now or did i do something wrong?

If it's greyed out, then no you can't access it now. You would have to progress more to get it, in case of mom you have to have the red wine too.
