I'm really sorry. But as an ex patreon, it's been years, I can only believe that to a limited extent. The bottom line is that it has always gone so far that he never really finished a game. It went the same way with Incest story 2. Always eternal promise, forever nothing came. And then suddenly a new project came along and the old one was shut down.
So, even if these statements should be correct. The fact that his fans turned away from him was caused by himself. If it were really honest with him, he would have finished his work later, after he felt better. And that never happened. As often as he has already promised, something would come soon for Milfy City, the game has to be the best, allready. But the few remaining fans have been waiting for this promise for over 1 year, now.

There isn´t really a story in this game. You are rejected by Celia and things go from there. The only character that has a story is Caroline.

Saying that, I know burnout is a real thing. But he had an entourage to explain the situation earlier... So sad when people forget to talk to each other.
The game was great, but maybe it can be tagged "abandoned". And if he comes back one day with an apdate, it'll be a nice surprise (I guess).

The plan is to have 1 big final update and then move on to another game. That's how it's marketed to his patrons. But because this is Icstor we are talking about, everything he says needs to be taken with a grain of salt. So there will quite possibly be one final update that in Icstor's style means rushed up ending so he can just get rid of everyone asking him about it.
