Oh, jeesh! I got it....I forgot to enable the envelope when I was at school in the break room....once I enabled the envelope in my inventory I could put it in the drawer. So that happened....

Thats why I allways say, don`t play with WT, play as game hints. In your case, if you put the envelope and do as GAME hints, you don`t know at that point about the sex things.

There are a few who were disappointed for the exact same reason you described here. The vast majority wasn't though and i do belong to this majority. I have my own points of disappointment with it, on a very subjective level.. you can tell by my signature , but lets be fair. Linda's progression wasn't just a "slight" one and Caroline's either, i assume the lewds is what you were referring to and it was made crystal clear that Linda Caroline are gonna be the ones who get an update. The twins were something unexpected and thus extra.

So content wise one has to look through the lens of Linda and Caroline only. And yet Sarah and the twins got content too. I say the twins were pointless, the already established girls could have received content instead... but oh well.

I see your point, but it’s not just the lewdness that I thought was lacking, story wise I thought it was more of the same, caroline fighting her urges because she finds a relationship wrong. Linda always getting cocked blocked one way or the other. As for the twins, I would of rather scene content for judy or progression with celia or any of the side characters he introduced in v0.1. What I’m getting at is that the twins got way more content in this update than a judy or the aunt got in v0.1

I had a little trouble figuring out that some locations would be unlocked at certain points. For example I learned that I should be able to go to Linda or Caroline's work, but there still wasn't an icon. I started to wonder if it wasn't in yet, almost wanted to stop playing. But then they appeared after some more progression, it's just a little confusing not knowing whether certain things are in the game or not or if you can actually do something the characters mention. Especially when it comes to working, because I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to make money after getting the allowance three times.

I also felt like I actually made some progress in the character relationships but moving the relationship meter along is also confusing. It changes only after a significant milestone, so it's a small gauge of your progress with that girl. Sometimes I felt like there was a significant change in the relationship but, well at least especially for Sara, a lot happened before the 2/5 milestone. I kept checking back to the relationship gauge to see what really advances it but it's hard to say what it actually means to the player.

Either way, there's a lot of polish to this game already and I like it. Definitely will be watching the development now.

That was exactly my point as well, and not just mine, but i feel he basically fell into a trap of his own making You see he made this poll. And all the established characters attended and he set the rules. Those in the first and second position get an update. So here is the problem: He realizes that the storyprogression of those two lacks the necessary amount of lewds. So? He feels like he should introduce some sexy times with some others! But who? Obvious choice: the girls that got introduced already. Oooh but that would render the poll results and its system null and void! Because why making polls if certain random ones would get scenes anyway, it renders the poll weightless. He basically had to stick with the rules he set and the result: He had to bring in girls that weren't part of the poll as a Relief Girl option. I hope he realizes that there is an easy solution for this even beside small updates (which IS a solution to this problem in itself) and that is making it clear that beside the winners he'd include progression for a random one he won't tell, as a suprise.

With Icstor's games you really shouldn't expecting a new, exciting, captivating drama at all The story is there to back up the lewds with some plot

It seems to me that people tend to forget (or not realize) that this game's developement is not done in a chapter-like fashion, so updates are not DLCs. 0.1 was not an update but a foundation and 0.2 started to build on that but its still the same game and you have watch it as a whole. My issue with such criticism is that, for me, it seems that you and those who do the same are reviewing it as a dlc exactly. Expect the update to have a nice start and end, a small but whole package.. but its actually not. Like a construction site. You can't move in expecting a livable second floor of a ten story building while its in the middle of its making. Its a construction site still. Updates are just finished floors. Judge the whole building when its done. What you are saying is like complaining about not having running water and furniture... in a building thats still under construction.
And i don't understand the issue with the progression gauge. All girls had a lot of stuff happening before we got that second heart, its just that this didn't mean the exact same things or curve. Celia had several blackmail scened while with Sarah its a romantic story that unfolds. But both had a lot going, just in a different way. If you think progression should mean what we see with Sarah, is like saying romance IS the way. But its not. Its just one way.

Yes, sometimes you have actually spend some time with a game. Its not a comic book. Even if its a porn game its still requires some minimal extra effort beside clicking the skip button :winkytongue:

Since wineplay is already featured, I hope marshmallows get incorporated as well. There can easily be a scene where the MC and Caroline feed each other marshmallows which leads to making out. And from there it's a very quick jaunt to the MC helping Caroline remove her whipped cream bikini. Just imagine the animation for that scene.

After playing some of milfy villa i can say he is bad at making a story. However he did got better in Milfy City, despite the twins in this game.

I think he is just fine with porn logic in the porn games he is making and he isn't striving to create a hybrid of real drama and porn like some other devs do. In my eyes he acquired great routine in this and he is sticking with what he is good at. DownTheDrain said he is making the same game over and over again. I think thats exactly what he is doing and getting better in the making of this same game Who is to say he isn't right considering not just popularity and admiration this title receives here.. but his patronage as well. This is one way to success without a doubt.

Agreed or he could do something like dreams of desire where the poll could be like an alternative outfit for one or more of the girls? Or maybe guarantee updates for the main girls and only do a poll for the side characters. Also I never played his other game milf villa. Is it worth checking out?

Yes. It is popular because he is really amazing at making those 3D pictures and milfs plus incest are fetishes with a large paying public at patreon. There is a clear upgrade on his model's design between Milfy VIlla and Milfy City, he also got better at doing backgrounds.
I would say he is even more proficient than the one making the renders on Dreams of Desire.
