I looked at his Patreon page a few weeks before they locked it up and was VERY SURPRISED to see he still had over 8000 supporting him and his lies. May his Subscribestar stay at 3 or LESS!!!!

Of course they can, since, you know, they own their own site...
But, I think they will just wait for him to implement the changes. On other hand, he is not exactly somebody capable to do anything on time..
So, in the end, expect little, you will be happier this way.

Of course they can. Its their site. But that won't happen so soonish nor over such violation. Patreon is perfectly fine keeping a page "Under Review" for ages.
It happened around a month, maybe two, ago.

Subs remain, billing is suspended as well as withdrawal from the account so he is locked out of calling down the deposit he had on it as long as this lasts. So every transaction if frozen.

This whole ordeal reminds me of being a student. I had a bad habit of letting small, fixable, problems snowball out of control. I would miss a homework assignment and instead of getting it in late, I would stress out and try to ignore it. Then I'd stress out about the whole class and miss more assignments because I felt overwhelmed. All I had to do was put my big girl skirt on, get the original assignment done even if it was late, and I would have been fine.
Icstor may be a scammer, but he also sounds like he has my problem. All he had to do was keep up and do the bare minimum, but instead he let small missed deadlines collapse his golden goose. I wonder if there were days where he tried to log on and do some work and couldn't even open the program without feeling overwhelmed.
