I predict that icstor will delay the deletion of the Celia content for a while, and then use the modified Celia plot as an excuse to continue the delay.
If ICSTOR was any other "dev" I would expect him to just release the Celia content as an optional patch via another website, but he's ISCTOR... so he'll probably rework it to something vastly inferior to what it used to be and take nine months doing it.

In the end that wouldn't hurt ICSTOR himself at all, since Patreon covers all the costs associated with chargebacks on behalf of the content creators.
