Perhaps, but the rule needs to be amended. Some projects, like Milfy City, rarely update and in the case of Milfy City it's pretty damned obvious that no work is being done. There needs to be something in place to combat that as you see this topic getting plenty of activity, you don't read the last page, you probably don't check that the last update was six months ago, and then you download it and maybe your dumb ass decides to throw icstor a few bucks a month. You get no updates, forget about it, and by the time you actually look at your credit card statement it's been like four years, you've paid him hundreds of dollars, and in the interim he's onto a new project after his current "new project" and it hasn't seen even a single release. The "abandoned" tag requiring three months before it gets added is tantamount to assisting icstor's unscrupulous business practices and it's not like f95 is getting a kick back as far as we're aware. Either they need to update the rule so that the developer updates need to show actual working has been done, or they need to add an exception after a lot of missed release dates and an extended lack of releases, because as it is it's an easily exploitable system.
