She leaves a note for him to visit with her online with a cam. Celia tells him she needs to be punished for how she behaved. See doesn't really need to change any of the scenes just what is said. Just cut out the stupid sleep sex scenes didn't care for those anyway. Leave those where MC wakes the girl/woman up. There we have fixed the game. Now let's move on to the important stuff like what Judy knows and why the Heck Linda has such a crush on MC.

Patreon is to blame. They need to change their rules. Devs have figured out "hey all i have to do is send out a post once a month and not do anything else" and there is the problem. Posting about your game isn't Updating your game. I understand they set those rules for everything they cover. But a Game Dev isn't the same as say a Rock Band, Artist or Someone that reacts to videos.
Games should have their own set of rules. If the game hasn't been updated in 2 months (regardless of how many post the dev has sent out) the money should be put on hold till it is updated. Sorry but if you go to the store to buy milk and the store is out of milk they don't make you pay for it anyway now do they?
Just a couple of questions ... Does Patreon have the ability or power to stop any, if not all donations going into the dev's account? And does Patreon take a cut (%) from each of the donations? As long as they are coming in? Just wondering ....

Why is icstor focusing on milfy mafia? We want the sequel to milfy city! Even if a lot of things are to be rewritten and well go focus on that! If he deals with milfy mafia we are not ready to see the sequel to milfy city, I don't understand....

It's just one piece of BS after another with ICSTOR and Ashbash and everybody else who "Works" on this game, it's been clear for ages now that ICSTOR doesn't want to work on this anymore and whether Pateron getting involved is true or more lies, now he has the excuse to put it on hold forever and continue to con all the idiots that still fund him.
I mean it's their money so whatever I mean he has a SubscrbeStar which is a little more lax with their rules that Pateron can be, there are numerous other VN's out there and on here that have censored version of Pateron and an uncensored one on SubscribeStar so if changing that one bit of content is so drastically bad that it's ruined the game, just make it and put it on SubscribeStar, he's already got money from Pateron so if someone grabs it from SS and posts it here, big whoop he's still raked in and will continue to rake in money.
Either that or just have the balls to come out and say he's done with it. Instead of the continued lies and now the "On hold indefinately." crap

That's exactly why they don't. As long as your content doesn't violate their guidelines or the laws of major jurisdictions, they could give a rat's ass on whether or not you're delivering on promises. Patreon is a platform, not a publisher, so they leave disputes about whether a creator is updating in a timely manner between the creator and the patron. Their own FAQ states that if you're not happy with their output, your only recourse is to stop donating. Of course, ICSTOR learned the hard way that people mass-reporting you for rape/blackmail content will also get their attention.
They're not going to change this arrangement because 1) it means they'll have to hire additional staff like arbitrators and moderators, raising costs; and 2) it opens up a whole world of liability because they'll be expected to keep a close eye on all content. There's a good reason other platforms like Facebook and Twitter have been so reluctant to step in and police their users.

I can do none of those things, but i can edit movies.
Some are more fun that others, thats for sure, but something got him inspired to begin with. what ever that is, we can only hope it was for the excitment of the story and to bring it to us. If it was greed, then sorry, you/we are screwed.

I don't agree that he damages other devs rep. Of course there is running meme "oho next Icstor" thrown around here and there, calling other games "next Milfy City" but this is more of a joke than actually calling anyone scam lord.
To be precise I believe most of people who have been here for some time see and are not really over sensitive about beeing late with promised deadlines. It actually happen almost on every game. And there are delays like couple of weeks up to few months and even half a year in some cases. And in cases of half a year one can be suspicious but it's not the case here. The delay here is over 2 years! We are not counting half assed sara update which could take maximum 3 days of work. And he was saying beforehand that he has got game almost ready. And the update came out only after he got slaped with abandoned tag.
There are many devs who are late, working slowly and are dragging but this is on some other level. This guy's delays are measured not in months but in years and he seems to get away with it.
Once again my theory is that the all Icstor patreon, game, all his IP was sold to some other guy who is actualy dragging this and have it all planned out. He probably can't do games he just specialises in scamming everyone because after that time I think the game would evenually come it if it was still him behind the wheel.
This game is *finally* dead. ICSTOR will never work or talk about this game anymore, he will sit and see the site put the ‘Abandoned’ tag. In summer he will drop the first small update of the new game (probably with some characters resembling the ones for this game to keep the simps excited) and then the cycle will start again.

They should make creators state how long it takes between updates in the front page, as I know many active devs that do only big updates that take long to create, which I honestly prefer, as they take often 5 months but I'll spend a whole weekend playing it.
But if the dev is completely inactive like him and many others, they should be suspended from receiving until they release an update.
Not trying be frustrated but on hold doesn't seem fair for a project where they gave verbal confirmation of charging projects, but didn't say a single thing about ever doing anything for this game ever again. Just said that patreon broke it and he lost passion for it. No mention of returning to it(correct me if I'm wrong). Other devs at least mention they will return eventually

I haven't been paying attention to this game for several months. The dev just released some small contents of "the sister" the last time I checked, but now the game is somehow onhold? I also read about something concerning Celie's Removal. What is that and what happened in these months?

To be accurate, there is actually over 42 000 people on his Discord server. They don't talk about the game as there is nothing to talk about. The general chat is as dead as Milfy City is, the most active part of that server is the channel where all those coomers just share porn clips and nude pictures of women. Sometimes some lost soul starts to talk about the game, but most of the times nobody cares to answer to those messages. And you pretty much have to be "ok to wait so long" if you want to be on the server, because if you happen to not be ok with it, the mods will show you the exit pretty fast.
