I just met ICSTOR at a random bus stop and i asked him whats with all the delay. You might find it surprising but there is actually a very good reason for him to have a 2 year production cycle and if we are lucky it will become a 3 year production cycle soon! The reason for all this delay is that ICSTOR feels the time between now and the last update is so big that if he releases now people might be dissapointed. So hes gonna make the patch bigger to make up for all the time we waited. He worked the whole time on the patch! I think its genius to not just release in a hurry. He makes sure we are all happy with the pleasant anticipation.
I asked him how big the current patch is and he told me if he would release it right now Milfy City would not just become 1.0 but 2.0 and more. You read that right. His patch he is working on got more content than Milfy City right now. Its basically a full game and then some more. Even the harem/pregnancy route for the grandchildren is finished. He said something about 3 million renders and 600 hours of animation. Also all upcoming scenes in the patch are fully animated in 8k.
Just wait one or two more decades and it will once again become the golden standard for this industry. If you want to support his valiant efforts go to his patreon

So how can there be a route for grandchildren that don't exist? The game would have to jump in time of about 20 years for MC's, Caroline and Sara's "children" to be of legal age and become the grandkids of Linda & Bob. Or you talking about MC's grandkids? Then it would need to jump about 40 to 60 years in the future.

Neither do patrons get the product after spending tons of money into ICSTOR.
Personally I think that waiting another 3 years for an update is too soon.
I really think that they should really delay it at least further 2 more years to iron out any bugs and make it perfect.So in the meantime ICSTOR's Patreons should just keep....................
