Over 3700 patrons pay him monthly, people have too much money to spare? If they go and help new projects we have many better games... this is sad

yep, this game didn't age very well. This is actually a good thing as it proves how much (most of) the devs have improved during all this time.

A lot of developers have improved, some have caught upto Icstor and a couple have arguably surpassed him with story and renders.

Because is being profitable as it is. There's still 3000 people paying him on Patreon, he doesn't need to work.
This or they drag the relationship out too long. I can think of two games right off the top of my head where the MC and the Main Female Character have been flirting the exact same as they did in the demo of the game. These games have been updated at least 7 times. God is that frustrating as hell. I get that the story is important but these are porn games after all. So the sex is just as important. With Milfy City you can clearly see a step up each time the MC interacts with the female characters. When the relationships did stall there was a clear reason for it. Linda/Mom stalled the relationship cause it was tax season and she was extremely busy. Carolina stalled it cause of guilt or cold feet but it wasn't HOT COLD HOT COLD HOT COLD. She got over it and they moved on.
The only issue with Milfy City is it leaves too many questions unanswered and too many cliff hangers. Linda's story if far from finished. What happened with Linda and Bob (if MC didn't pull the blanket up that night in his room) when Bob caught Linda and MC having sex. Judy's story needs to be started ( yes she is a side girl) cause only finishing her story will fully understand why Linda wants MC so badly. Ceila's story seems to be done but it isn't. We don't know what happened the next day. Did she submit finally to MC or still fighting.
