Unfortunately, we had to cut the "R" key from the final version of Milfy City. It was a tough decision, but development had gone on far too long and we needed to draw a line in the sand.

It's not all about the graphics. Kinks and writing is what makes people love games. For example Witch Trainer Silver and Innocent Witches get big bucks on patreon because people love corrupting schoolgirls without the threat of prison not because the renders and animations are UE5 quality.

I get you. I like the trainer 2d games. Especially the ones done by Akubar. But when it comes to 3d stylings I like to have graphical quality. Sub par lighting, and textures, just makes me want to alt f4 the game. Doesn't need to be ue5 quality. Just 5 minutes of effort and post processing work to make it stand out. Take Summer's gone. A lot of the graphical fidelity is done post rendering and the process can be automated too. So, it doesn't take much to make things pop.
Which games would you consider to have the best graphics? I have played some that were clearly extremely polished in terms of visuals. but the poses looked so stiff. It's like you are not interacting with real people, but plastic models. I don't mind less graphical fidelity if it means more poses and facial expressions which Milfy City is mostly great at.

Is it too even?
I don't remember if this is in-game I took an old screen, I like how the skin has all the white pink and red that skin should have, and that all the colors pop out while I have seen many games where it looks muted and skin doesn't look quite like skin, but perhaps it could be said that the lightning here and overall is lacking in character that is simply showing the scene instead of trying to deliver a certain emotion or capture a moment, which Depraved Awakening and City of broken dreamers for example seems to do well.
I dunno, I'd like to hear more about your point.

This game was a pioneer of western porn VNs, specially with incest content, and deserves its legacy status and respect. Back then, almost nobody was even doing animated scenes at all. So kindly shut the hell up.

There are many, many games that look better than milfy city now. I can't link them here because there's a rule against it. Just look at this sorting of latest updates, then pick any random 5 games and open the threads. Chances are at least 1, if not several of those games will have superior renders.

I think the main issue with these types of discussions is that the other games mentioned that have better graphics are all missing that important tag: incest. Now that doesn't mean there aren't other incest games that look better due to better lighting and textures, Shut Up and Dance comes to mind as the one that blows a lot of games out of the water in that department.
But I imagine people have stuck around(myself included) waiting for Milfy City because of the Mom(Linda), Sister(Caroline), Teacher(Celia) and a few other characters we never got any content for. I don't think there is a single other incest game out there, maybe even non incest as well, that has a more erotic first sex scene than Linda's in Milfy City. I mean that whole scene to this day is just excellent with her looking so thirsty. That could be nostalgia talking as this was one of the first VNs I had ever played, but I still think not much else would surpass it.
That's why I am so foolish as to keep watching this ridiculous saga of bs, because against all hope I just want more Linda content and hope that she finally gets some more scenes and a finisher.
The NTR things from the secret gallery with the black guy aren't canon. As far as I know they were special requests from some Patron.
Adjacent to that point, there is a serious lack of diversity in the game though. No black or Asian women to build relations with.

Summer's Gone and Where It All Began by Ocean have in my opinion the best renders. They're on par if not better than BaDIK imo
