Considering how many people he has hired in all fields of development, I would say... maybe directing ?
he is in charge of milking, but he's not the sole operator there
ICSTOR is very much involved in the production of renders and animations as well. The rendering is probably the lengthiest part of the game creation, so having a second hand speeds up the production process.
As the team currently sits we have:
ICSTOR - 3D Renders for main girls + Bob + Animations + certain effects like semen etc.
New 3D Artist - 3D Renders for non-main girls like Delilah, Liza, Yazmin, Lily, Macy.
Programmer - A literal magician. Programs the text and renders into the game.
Me - Writing, and some admin stuff like organising the job interviews, helping write the Patreon update progress logs etc.
Well I don't think that the Patreon's update took you much time in the last years
two years ago......

Only started doing it around November 2022; but yeah - it barely takes any time or effort beyond checking in with the team to see how far they've progressed their parts.
The progress report has been shortened from the detailed one I'd originally written. Game content has NOT been shorterned at all.
However, ICSTOR has stated that they are going to be sending me the renders for Liza and Yazmin today. Should be getting them shortly.

I like your game but I don't like that you as a developer came to a different thread to talk shit of another team even if that team is Icstor's team. I find it quite dishonest honestely.
The post on Patreon. I'd originally drafted a large multi-paragraph detailed progress report.
The actual game update hasn't been reduced in size at all.
