On July 2021 when he released Sarah update which was like 5 min of content it was pretty clear that all work is faked. Beforehand he was teasing "Final Version 1.0" for a long time because that update 2 years ago was heavily delayed. Of course back then it was plausible that he would deliver so everybody waited. The update came out in 2021 and he promissed do release it in December same year 2021. Latter it was March 2022, and as you say December 2022. So it is 3rd year of him faking the work. And game being 99% done, something like 10 times. I said it over year ago that probably Icstor sold all the IP to some cone artists because he was fed up and they felt like it is good investment to buy Patreon and milk people to get stable dividend. Those "teasers" are most likely left overs from his work 3 years back. It would make sense because just look how pathetic they look like comparing to other devs which started using better PCs, with better GPUS, shaders, etc.. So I'm telling you this is carefully maintained con and it works. Dudes bought off his socials and drain money from it. This "team" left can't do any rendering or programming job, they just do creative writing on forum over here. But hey, not my business, I never paid for this game. Just leaving this here for someone who is new and might fall for this trap.
