Yes good sir, ICSTOR has many other games you might find interesting. Another game created by him is "Milf control." To be honest to you, that game is better than Milfy city. The scenes and characters were way more hotter and the game had better story.

You didn't include me in your recent post, so I was confused on the matter. Thank you for clearing that up for me.
That's a real bummer, but don't be surprised if there are no real consequences in this game if you look at it in depth you'll see that it's a one line story, this is clearest in Caroline's route where it's mentioned that we are dating Sara even if we are not and we also have the part where it looks like our relationship will end but it's just artificial tension as we will always get Caroline back with us no matter what our decisions are.
