It seems you're using a 64-bit exe launcher. To get it going, use the 32-bit exe instead. I haven't downloaded the game yet, but if it doesn't come with a 32-bit launcher, you'll need to install a x64 version of Windows on your system to play it.

EDIT: Did the game come with the incorrect 32-bit version in your case? You might want to consider relocating the game folder to a shorter path, such as "C:/Milfy City 1.0". This could potentially resolve the error, which may be occurring due to a lengthy path.
