if you want a complete save, here's mine.
I'm only missing the last quest with Sara, but I advise you not to do it because it's bugging, since it doesn't make you sleep it puts you in a loop. So I recommend doing it just to see but then don't save. We have to wait for the next patch to fix it.

I have all the old secret cards and I have quite a few new ones.

if you don't want to use any cheat, the method I do is with the Chinese vice game, I always play rock or paper and with every 100 more of money I save, if I go below 100 I reload the save. All by accelerating with ctrl since I have put the skip of all the text in the options.
