The team did get a lot of negative feedback on their Patreon regarding the ex talk, which they did patch out for Caroline. Wonder if its a cultural thing? Where is the ICSTOR team from anyway, anyone know?

Absolutely, it's quite possibly a cultural thing.

I'm the writer, and come from Ireland myself. I think the rest of the team are spread across mainland Europe and North America, so we're quite a diverse bunch!

This topic has already been discussed thoroughly when the 0.4 update first released, and Caroline's certain dialogues with MC was changed accordingly with the 0.4c hotfix. Also the writer told us that they'd be more careful about this subject from now on.

I don't think so. I think it is predominantly psychological abuse/narcissism as you saw evidenced in the nightclub.

I don't have any advance knowledge of the plot before ICSTOR sends me the scenes though - so I'm afraid I don't know any more than you do right now. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Besides my non-sharing policy, it's about the situation. Sarah loves MC. Linda was chasing MC, dreaming about him and what not. Caroline was burning her and MC's nerves with her back and forth untill she admitted her feelings to herself. Romance is everywhere and everything's perfect. And it would be so weird to hear from one of the three: "You know what? I love you so much that I must invite another woman to our bed or have sex elsewhere!"

At this point MC already has 5 gorgeous sex partners. I personally see no reason to introduce new girls to my... well... harem, especially without my approval. So I want to play main storyline, solidifying relationships inside my home and having three-foursomes and true love and hapily ever after there (hello, Dreams of Desire), instead of chasing more girls (psychologist, thief, Macy, pool girl), who, by the way, can not compare to twins.

It's nice to have options to enjoy some action on the side but I wouldn' want them to be mandatory part of the Big Hot Three storyline, because I don't want to play the porn orgy game where everyone mounts everyone.

To me, the word "slapper" means something else entirely.

Anytime I boot the game I have to turn the volume off because the cheesy porn music is actually offensive to my ears. Also, those splash screens. They could be condensed into one quite tidily. I know this seems more like a gripe post (and you wouldn't be wrong) but the splash screens have annoyed me mildly ever since I picked this up.

First it's simple, a solo error about duplicate splash_screen, then when I move one to another folder (just in case it's the 'wrong one', you know) it gets through three preload screens before I get something where the screens file repeats over multiple lines with an attribute error? Is this the part where I just upload the traceback file as an attachment to this, or is there something very simple I'm missing?

Try extracting the archive in a new and separate location. Your desktop for instance in case RenPy has a problem with one of your folder's name. Might as well also try a different and up-to-date extracting software like 7zip, WinRAR or similar.

Yes, 0.5 update is going to be centered around Linda, since she got most of the votes. But there's going to be at least one another character, which is chosen by ICSTOR and his team, to get some new content as well. We don't know who it's going to be, though.

This is quite possibly the best game on this forum(and of the genre itself). I played Dreams of Desire(DoD) before playing this one and although i liked that game a lot,my main complaint was the lack of gameplay and player agency.Very often the MC would simply decide which girl he would visit at night/seduce by himself, regardless of whether or not i wanted to further my relationship with that specific girl. Plus,the story was very scripted,with day and night cycles being tied to story progression instead of player action. By the time i finish it,i thought to myself:

"...This game would benefit from having more gameplay mechanics like exploring the house(and the map),NPCs with their own daily routine,dynamic day and night cycles,etc..."

Then i discovered this game and it is basically DoD with everything i thought it would make DoD an even better game. Not only that but the assets are very well made(specially Caroline and Sara! I don't fell the uncanny valley at all when looking at them) and the animations are great. And if all this wasn't enough, the amount of content this game has is incredible. I'm currently playing the v0.4c and i'm amazed by how many routes you can possibly unlock in this game.

If you have money to spare and is thinking about supporting a project this is definitely a contender. Congrats Icstor and the team for this amazing project.

0.5 is at 40% damn it... waiting for another month again... i dont use drug wine or cigarrets but i understand how people feel when you are in the mood but low on drug... i feel like this alot of time... my first addicted happen to AZL and it never get to complete...second time is when i play space paws...great game with furry girl ... really dig to my mood...there aren't much contents about furry girl x human out there...most of its kind is about yaoi, yuri, futanari or what soever that much strong taste than mine tatse...but to delivery the solid gameplay, game took a lot of time for each update. sometime i nearly forgot it. third is behind the dune...this one lead me to 1nc3st ... cannot stop myself into jessica...which is cross for me from the beginning...this one really ruin mylife ... but love it. after that i tried multiple 1nc3st game but non of it affect me as much as beginning. so i noticed this game when it first announce and waited for some content (after trying alot of game, i did lose some hope) up to 0.3 and holly jesus i never met...a game that is only 0.3 and have that much ... ) more impress when it jump to 0.4 ... please dont play with my heart since patreon chance it rule and alot of game kick my balls like my feeling is a joke

I haven't played many visual novels yet but I can say that ICSTOR is capable to create interactive game using visual novel engine (renpy).
