I'm assuming you are asking about the dungeon and it's use and you also don't say if you've found it or not, or whether you're looking for the hidden card locations etc, as your reply is a little vague.
Hidden cards are an added extra, no actual advantage added is gained when playing the game.
[Call them bonus images to peruse at your leisure]

If you've completed this version, you'll get a message on screen telling you so.
Also it would help others, if you tell them what you're missing, as apparently you are missing something.

Updates/downloads are on the main page, just use the relevant link to download it and install it. It's then ready to run.

Feb. 17. 2018 0.1 release
Mar. 26. 2018 0.2 release
May. 27. 2018 0.3 release (concentrated on Sara)
Aug. 28. 2018. 0.4 release (concentrated on Caroline)
Nov. 17. 2018 0.5 release (concentrated on Linda)
From the past days, I could conclude that it usually take 2-3 months for the next update.
As for 0.6, it would be released around Feb. 20 2019.
I don't know about the poll result which characters will be concentrated on.
But it would be good if next update comes earlier than I expected.

so do i need to redownload the whole game just in order to get the update? i cant find any link indicated as containing just the new content. sorry im bad at this type of stuff lol
