sometimes when life gets really crazy I like to revisit this thread. The consistency of deadlines being missed reassures me that there is some stability left in the world. If ICSTOR ever meets a deadline I'll know that the world really has jumped the shark.

The people who support ICSTOR on Patreon is different level of stupid, if you let yourself get exploited like this for years then you deserve it
Perhaps he left because he was in on the scam or simply through sheer embarrassment by believeing that ICSTOR was going to complete the game on schedule for once and our writer just got sucked in. Although whether deliberately or naively he did create false hope and deserves some criticism his way.
You should see the Discord, there's a person called IAmBlue who constantly claims to any potential new subscribers that the final version has already been released to Patrons.
