Neither the pregnancy nor any of the other "DLCs" are worth looking forward to if you loved the kinky parts of this game (incest, blackmail/coercion, making lesbos love cock, maybe you hoped Bob secretly gets to fuck his daughters and at the very least turn his whore wife into a sex slave and fuck the shit out of her plus lovingly loaning her to his son and daughters if they manage to get into his good graces and complete various quests, instead of being a good old dad that's discarded like a consumable after being an excellent provider to everyone, etc.).
I'm telling you, the only interesting things in MC's future are Powerbabe's incest restore patch and, hopefully, timbukalso's rewrite patch.
Remember: ALL the good kinks have been butchered out of Milfy City by ICSTOR between v0.7 and v1.0 because money.
For v1.0 there is some hope fans will eventually restore things to a passable* level but for DLCs there is NO such hope as there will be nothing to restore. It's as certain as it gets that DLCs will be ultra bland and vanilla, truly not worth bothering with if you're kinky. The DLCs are just a mechanism to keep paypigs on the hook over the next year or so until the InCest STORies teller who tells no incest stories either gives up and vanishes [again] or manages to shovel out some other equally underwhelming trash of a game.
* just passable because in all post-v0.7 content there is no proper screenplay/choice/visuals support from ICSTOR for the aforementioned kinks. Fans can't add visuals and rewriting screenplay/choices to flesh out the kinks is too difficult to expect it be done by unpaid fans at any other level than basic/rudimentary. Combined with what'll be restored from pre-v0.7, you can't expect anything more than just a passable result.
I can already tell you exactly how ICSTOR's next game will be. It will have a setup that'll be suggestive of incest (like boy who, for some convoluted reason, lives in the same house as 3 other women who you could be excused for confusing with his mom/sister/sister but they're totally not and, amazingly, they all want to fuck the golden boy and no one else). However, the dialogues/choices/visuals will support no incest or any other true kinks. Instead incest will be retconable by renaming relations in some file or something like that, resulting in an even trashier game than having no incest at all.
Sounds familiar? Let me remind you about other ICSTORs, for there are many: NLT, the No Limits Taboo stories teller who tells of absolutely no taboos anymore, let alone the limitless kind, also because money. Treasure of Nadia has exactly the aforementioned kind of reconned incest and it's complete garbage as an incest-game. Faerin and Mystwood Manor is another example. There are many others.
So what is there to look forward to regarding these DLCs? Powerbabe has been working on their patch for 3 months and there's still a lot more work to be done. Consider how long that takes and that's just for v1.0. Incest via altered name calling will most certainly be quickly retconned into DLCs but it will feel a lot hollower than in v1.0. Fans will need to LITERALLY completely rewrite the whole screenplay to squeeze something good out of these DLCs but the chances of anything like that coming out any time soon (or, most likely, at all) after the DLCs are released (like before you're barraged with spoilers) is EXTERMELY small as any such rewrite is a huge and thankless effort that will be hindered not just because it requires people with a very particular skillset spending lots of unpaid time but also because there will be no proper visuals support to make the kinks come alive well.
Again, what is there to look forward to with these DLCs if you liked MC for the kinks? Nothing.

Yea, I wish more people would just completely jump ship to subscribestar, there are creators on there who make just as much or more than people on Patreon... NLT is a shadow of his former self. Ugh... I wrote a big reply and replaced it with this "short" one because NLT nearly always triggers me hard. To me, ToN is the worst example of retconned incest. Devoid of all kink and an insulting waste of time. Felt like I got my hands on some exotic foreign porn video that said "Super Incesty and Kinky Stuff. Makes You So Hard You'll End Up in ER." only to discover I got an 150 h video with high production values but also with the same few characters doing the same few things every 15 minutes and with badly translated English subtitles, altered so that a couple of them call each other daddy/mommy/son for no apparent reason.
NLT is a monumental disappointment. So is ICSTOR. So is DC. It's a sad weg world post-2018. Big Money dictates morality by favoring or suppressing taboos and sexual behaviors with amazing force and effect. Hard to imagine when you read history books and yet we can see it in action today.

Happy New Year Everyone!
It’s time for another quick update on the progress of the Milfy City Pregnancy Party DLC!One thing we wanted to do with the Pregnancy Party DLC was to turn it into a celebration of Milfy City itself. Any player doing the Celia, Sara, Judy or Delilah routes will spend a lot of their time in the college. Many of you will have played Milfy City for years and be VERY familiar with the campus. We have taken this opportunity to expand the campus, decorate it for the graduation party, and populate it with an ensemble of your favourite characters!
There is going to be a series of these posts as Pregnancy Party is developed, focusing on each of the women in the upcoming DLC - starting with Sara. Sara’s pregnancy route is nearing completion. Her final scene is being rendered ahead of schedule and the last animations are being created. We are on track to pass Sara across to the programmer by the end of January. While the programmer works on building Sara’s route, the rest of the team will be producing renders and scripts for a fan favourite - Caroline! If you haven’t yet completed Milfy City, then I would suggest you stop reading now to avoid spoilers. SPOILER WARNING At the end of Sara’s route in Milfy City the player has a choice to either pursue an exclusive romantic relationship with Sara, or to secretly cheat with Lily on the side. Choices that players made in the main game will impact the pregnancy endings for each of the characters. Sara’s pregnancy route will have three possible routes, depending on the choices you previously made: a.) A romantic route where you continue exclusively being with Sara; b.) A deviant route where you continue cheating with Lily on the side; AND c.) A special route where you decide to try and end things with Lily. (She isn’t the kind of girl to take rejection well!) Each of these routes have unique renders, writing, and sex scenes meaning you can replay Sara’s pregnancy route for completely different experiences and different endings! You will also be able to set your relationship with the other girls prior to starting the game. If you want to see the consequences of what happens when you max out your relationship with Caroline or Linda, but choose Sara - you can do that. If you don’t have the stomach for it, you can always set it so you and Caroline never dated, or set it so that you never accepted Linda’s advances. (For those of you who want to have a happy ending for every girl - the harem DLC is coming next!) We also seized the opportunity to stick Sara in as many different cosplay outfits as we could!

They promised to return blackmail earlier, after the game was released, but then they started making pregnancy additions and don’t remember what they promised. Romantic relationships are a slap in the direction of those who paid a lot of time for something else. Let them create a separate addition with perversions on other sites where possible, not in their own name, they could do this by calling themselves a fan group of the game and develop a patch there while simultaneously gaining subscribers not only on Patreon, but they don’t want to, since there will be subscribers too So pay for any content, even if the addition only includes kisses on the cheeks and hugs.

The whole point of these games is suspension of reality and an escape from friend zones and blue balls. The ability to be a cunning manipulative bastard is excellent escapism for those of us who are straight laced in real life.
I love the option of enforcing depravity on characters, blackmailing etc. It's like True Crime with added smut. I enjoy being able to shape the MC and make decisions which change the game route and dynamics between characters. It's good harmless fun and should never be overlooked.
The work done by "Powerbabe" and "timbukalso" to restore/improve content and rewrite the script of "Milfy City" reminds me of the work done by a group of fans to recreate "Half Life" from scratch.
"Half Life" was a beloved game which, at launch, was a step above the existing games in the same genre.
Similarly, "Milfy City" was and is a very popular porn game who, at launch, was significantly better than the competition.
Given the fast advances in technology, maybe in a few years there will be a fan made remake of "Milfy City", possibly with the help of AI.
Is "Milfy City" so beloved that this has a chance to happen ?
Also, do you agree that in a few years the tech advances will make creating such a game much easier than today ?
