I believe you need to complete the content before the gallery unlocks so if you do all of say Sara's current content those scenes unlock in the gallery for you to replay.

Hmmm, that doesn't seems to be the case. I think that after each scene the scene will unlock in gallery. I finished quite a lot of scenes and nothing unlocked ... weird ...

when you did a scene did you hear a photocamera click sound? if so then there should be something in the gallery

So update probably will take like 3+months, like with last Caroline update that had aunt and her waifu content.

I have engaged in this "battle" ( and @Bantry more than me ) on the Holiday Island thread and I gave up.
To paraphrase Admiral Ackbar : we can't repel stupidity of this magnitude.
