As far as I'm aware, Patreon doesn't mind whether you mention "incest" anywhere on your Patreon or not.
They only care about incest not being actually featured in whatever you share on their platform.

I remember the IC ban came befor paypal was even supported on Patreon... I only joined after and the ban was already in place.... also the "no Hypno" ban that came lately was issued by American Express... and got supported by the other payment systems after.

Then the CC companies don't like the fictional incest and Paypal doesn't like free speech. Odd that the CC companies don't mind taking payments for any "you name it" hardcore porn site.
