Having been aware of ICSTOR from the early days i can say from his early grammar and style of English that he isn't a native English speaker, that much i am sure of. I believe that, again going by grammar, he is eastern European or Russian, got nothing to back that up solidly but i strongly believe that to be the case, clarification welcome on that though.
