You can cheat your way to more money with a console command:

Edit your save, search « edit renpy save » on Google, search the money tine and change number. If you are at level 3 for sisters and mom and level 2 for Celia, it’s done for 0.3. Icstor had take 2 months between 0.1 and 0.2, one month for 0.3 but this release was short. I’ve read here 0.4 in august.
