Both new and old v0.8.2 apk file does not full my phone screen which ratio is 19.5:9, game running at 16:9 with 2 black bars on side

I play on android. For some reason, incest patch doesn't work. I followed instructions online. Made a 'game' folder and placed the incest patch in there. But, as said, it doesn't work. Protag still refers to Lily as his childhood friend.

Maybe you're playing with the old android version? I just take a look at the first page and the are two versions.
It is possible that you need to make a backup of your save files download the new version restore your saves, and try again to put the patch on, maybe this time it will work.
You mean it doesn't appear the screen with the map were you can choose the mission? Or there isn't active part of the map to select your mission?

You can edit it with the save editor online, don't touch anything else but that is possible without messing with the dame.
I have the new version downloaded on my phone. What's weird is that I tried the same thing before with my old phone (didn't have new or old android versions back then, from what i remember) and the patch worked.
Edit: I tried downloading the old version to see if the patch worked there. Still didn't work.

Dang, could it be that the problem is caused by some code change that makes the patch ineffective? It seems strange to me that you have previously been able to use it and now not, both in the new version and in the old one.
Could you try to backup the save data and then delete everything else, including the game?
It is possible that there is some corrupt data that does not allow the patch to work, even if it seems a farfetched hypothesis.
This is the only other advice I can think of, unfortunately I'm not an android expert, and I wish I could help you more.
How do I get the girls affection up? Cause I was looking at the gallery and it said I need to gain a certain amount of affection wit the girls to unlock it depending on the girl like "I need 5 affection with to unlock this scene."

Theres no active part of the map. This is just after it's told me to use it so there should be something I would have thought

Talk with them in the evening choose them from the armchair in the living room.
Uhm, that could be everything, if it's your first time using the map the first thing that should appear would be the forest.
I honestly don't know what the problem could be, since it seems the game worked so far.
Could be a bug, but can't say for sure.

Yeah, tried backing up my saves and downloading a newer new version. Placed patch in the newer new version then placed my backup saves. Same thing, Lily still refers to me as her childhood friend. I'm starting to think that this is intentional and that they're no longer siblings. No, I can assure you on that, my version is patched and works fine ( though I'm using the MAC version).
I'm starting to think it depends on your phone, I re read the Android notes on the first page, and it is said it may not work on some phones, maybe it's due to some update on the OS that is bugging the patch, but again I'm not at all an expert on that.
They write they are working to find a better solution so let's hope they will find one soon.
