That's not possible unless some other dev decide to give a try with Blender,.
Tthe most used graphic softwares are DAZ/Honey Select 1&2 and Koikatsu, 395 game is one of a kind with this choice I didn't notice any other games with the same graphic at the moment.
There's only games that have a similar scenario but the graphics is different.
I heard somewhere that its called clay doll models or something. I remember playing a game with the same cartoonish graphics and art style, I just can't remember when. But Mist got me crazy for similar games man. And its one of the fully completed ones so its damn lucky. Thank you so much for the Once in a LifeTime man. This is the type of game i want. Not same art model style as Mist but its gorgeous. Its like "Ripples" have you played that game? Graphics look the same. Also there is Agent17

Anyway it's a style of modelling so it doesn't necessarily need to be made in Blender, every modelling software can be used for this manga/anime similar style, the issue is that you still need to rig the model in order for them to move and be animated so it requires a little bit of time to be done.
And since most devs make games for a hobby, having a software like Daz/HS or Koikatsu that allow you to have models ready to go ( and that you only need to animate instead of make your own model from zero), they tend to prefer these softwares instead of making everything from scratch.
Mist is really a stand alone game just for that, because there's a lot more work behind it than in the others, since Rathieu create not only the models but also sculpt all the backgrounds, the buildings and the rest by himself so everything is new, and you don't risk to see the same models or BG like it happen with the other games here.
It's a time consuming process but in the end it's way more satisfying, that's why I love this game, it's unique, and yeah I agree with you, it's difficult to find many good games like this, but it's due to the fact that quality require time that's why the good games that are here are still in development.
Once in a lifetime is a very good suggestion, and if you want give a try to Eternum the other game made by Caribdis, it's different from MIST but it's a great game.

Also I think I might remember the similar games now. Do you know Wildlife and Tame it Too!? Those are upcoming 3d games but they graphics are cartoonish. Oh yes I enjoyed them, very good games I must say, and I agreed Ripples and OIAL have a lot of similarities, they are very great games, with a good pace, and loveable characters.
This game is insane, I can't believe this is technically a porn game. I'm actually having fun playing this as a game but I can also fap to it.
The artstyle of the characters isn't really my thing but they look great, renders are great and it even has good animations.

No, but it's one single scene in the game and a mild one ( at least I consider it as that), imho the tag can be a little misleading.

I'm at the point where Mia and I should go to the city and disrupt the shadows but the only option I have is click the shadow then it sees us and I get the message I should try again tomorrow over and over every time I try.

You need to click on the exclamation point whenever the shadow isn't looking in your direction ( so Mia can slip past him), if I remember correctly you need to do it in two/three times to reach the goal.

I am having an issue after getting to the cave part, where it autocompletes the "Share your findings with the girls" before I actually do so. Locking me out from progressing the game. I already found a save that starts me after that quest (Through it has far less affection from some of the girls than my own playthrough), but does anyone know what causes it to mark that objective as complete before it is completed, and if it can be fixed in save-editor?
