Well, some people might just like the extra control? The reason isn't really important, just the method on how to get it done; I'm sure you could find it in the mono bit in Cheat Engine, if you knew what the module was.
Saw this pic on a forum, is this an edit or can you get the npcs pregnant somehow?

correct me if im wrong, but the only thing the day does is every 5 days you need to provied some monsters, the number of monsters depends on difficulty? Seems like if you set it to easy it should barely be noticeable the days even exist?

I didn't try to tamper with game timer before, but I was able to edit some scripting data and I think I managed to set timer at least 5 times more than a default value for a day. Should be plenty:
"m_SecondsOfDay": 300 (increased to 1500).
So feel free to test it. Also, I just noticed there's a compression option for data files in unity, so you can pack it in LZ4 or with LZMA. I'd post an edited file with LZMA but then you'd notice atrocious load times. Developers seems to use LZ4, since it gives comparable results in size and load times. So please, make sure to test and see if my compression method doesn't break anything and let me know. Oh yeah, and this mod is only for posted uncensored version 1.2.10, which is posted at the first page. Won't work with other versions.

As for difficultiy, the main difference is you can't take loans on Master difficulty (no 'minus' gold). That will also give you 1 achievement point from the start (obvioulsy, because you can't get an achievement point in this case). And monster payment scales up to 3. As seen in the PayData text file, if you wish to look at it.

If that's an edit, at least the art itself seem pretty 'official' to me. UI doesn't matter that much, looks like a WIP screenshot.
Oh yeah, I also noticed an endgame CG with girls was never posted in high resolution, but only as screenshot here, it seems. I'll post it here just in case (2167x1080 is the original resolution)

I haven't really timed the days before but it does seem like it's moving a lot slower. Won't be to everyone's taste maybe but for me it makes the game so much better

I only had random crashes when I had to use an integrated Intel graphics. Pixy count doesn't matter, it can crash randomly upon clicking on characters and sprite creation-relocation. I'll recommend to run the game using a discrete card only (nvidia/amd).

I think that's an "you" problem, i use an integrated graphics card, and it never crashed for me.
Devs said there's gonna be a DLC in january with NPC childbirth. Not sure if your pic is from them or not, but that's something they're working on. Also, there're gonna be tentacles.

TBH you are not rushed at all, despite the so-called time limit
The game is, unfortunately, insanely easy. even no the highest difficulty level, its nearly a non-issue to make obscene amounts of gold very quickly, and once you do, practically every task is an afterthought if you pay the slightest attention to how the game works, and the only thing that MIGHT stump you is not paying attention to how you get the big monsters.
There is an inherit design issue with the "combining traits for offsprings" mechanics when you can get slaves and monsters with zero downsides right from the get-go, creating an instant spiral of every generation being more efficent than the predecesor to create super breeders.
The game has great porn, and is fun enough, but the actual game design is TBH a bit lacking.

So somebody posted their save file and the instructions was to how to put the saves in the game, the guy who posted the save is where the modified slaves are from, I'll look back to see where I saw it and put the post # here in a little bit
