I have the same problem. I just run it on windowed mode and make the window size a bit more smaller than default. It works for me.

As far as I can tell it just cleans the cum off of the girls. I'm not sure if there's any gameplay reason for it or if it's just aesthetics/roleplay. I personally make a girl shower off any monster cum before I have my character have his way with them, lol.

For now, showers are aesthetic, maybe they'll have some cool purpose with the DLC which allows us to upgrade rooms.

IIRC, having dirty rooms and girls was originally going to contribute to STDs spreading, but they removed that so the shower's just there for aethetics now

There's also a hunger mechanic that is partly in the game, that was never finished or removed earlier that could come back in the DLC

Well we're at the point in time where the DLC could be coming out any day now so yeah, you're not the only one
I'm holding myself back from replaying it until the big DLC drops. Game really is one of the greatest. I fully trust the developers to improve on it.
Hopefully we get to see a mechanic that allows for an alternative instead of killing off your girl. It's a personal gripe that I'd rather see them improved, and to unlock other things without having to kill them. They're your precious resource after all. Also, goblin girls would be welcome.

How many people do they have on their team anyway? Would like to know cause I wanna make something like this one day. Sadly, the credits just list their supporters and translators
I mean, sure the dismantling would be... well... Selling them would generally be better.
It does have the picture of accidental 'over dismantling' with a cleaver so it does feel like a waste... but there's also the dilemma of how to get the veneral disease DNA you need to craft... Or maybe a sort of 'extraction plant' or maybe room that gives you resources related to what you put in there in intervals.
The fantasies are always flowing, just like that tentacle room in the DLC.
Exactly what I'm thinking, just have rooms (or room upgrades) for these kind of things. It should be more expensive, but what is the use for all that gold if you don't get to spend it to make a better place?
