So, I did download, and it seems to be the same version as here. At least, there's no visible changes in data structure.

This game is simply the best.
- Close relatives, "my slave brothel" and "black market", are not on this site, and they're inferior anyway.
- Brothel-keeping games "Isekai Parlor Simulator" and "Charm Commerce" look kinda similar. Isekai Parlor Simulator is actually good, while Charm Commerce is made of hassle.
- Goblin-breeding games like "Goblin... brothel", "Goblin Nest", "ProjectR"are kinda similar to this game. None of them reached release yet. All three lack quality-of-life features, which can make them as bad as Charm Commerce. Well, "Goblin... brothel" has automation, but it's kinda horrible. Project R is from the developers of this game, and so it has actual heredity.
- There is also Goblin Burrow series. I'm not familiar with it.
- "Hilichurl's ambition" is not quite a goblin-breeding game, and only makes sense if you've played Genshin Impact.
- Breeding games genre is cursed. Very few games ever reach release. They say it's because with linear growth of species, number of sex scenes to be animated grows quadratically.
Still, check out "Monster Girl Garden", "Breeders of the Nephelym" and "Ero Hunters" (darkest dungeon + anno series + breeding). - Check out "Elf Sex Farm" (Stardew Valley clone) just for the hell of it. Or maybe "Mad Island", if you're into open world survival craft.

Why use cure STD mod, when you can just prevent STDs with a brothel upgrade?
Quite a few people have issues, but the mod setup isn't the easiest to install, plus there are different levels of pre-installation that requires it's own instructions. So, user issues, in the vast majority of instant CTDs or BepInEx errors etc. during boot. If you have issues during gameplay, those can often be caused by incompatible mods/versions or practically any mod that touches Pixies. I can't speak for everybody, but I can't remember there really are any windows specific issues, that aren't the basic Defender or protected folders -kinds of ubiquitous things. But minding those kinds of things are always a good idea regardless.
Flannan has probably the best guide available for new people (both for installation and for CB for the so inclined), Which you can find in the aforementioned's flair just a few posts above yours. Be sure to follow it very carefully, if you do.
Reading further (behind?): It seems this has been gone over pretty well. From the message it seemed you were dealing with a new issue for the first time, my bad on that one.

It's one of the very few breeding games that is complete. And "breeding" is one of the few genres that create a perfect union of porn and gameplay.
Well, it's only theoretically perfect, to be honest. In practice, it often has the problem of player's attention span. Which is why automation is so important. And this game's automation is reasonably solid.

I can't share all details, but talking/testing stuff with the dev of this game is one of most pleasant experiences I had since I started to make stuff for H-game dev scene.
It's truly a shame we were cucked by payment processors and steam release is in 'Indefinite postponement due to politics'.

I'll go ahead and assume you have loaded an old save file before mod was applied. I know why this error happens because of 'persistence save data' and it cause this body sprite error.
To avoid such errors I always recommend to start a new game with each 'major' Tits mod update.
Error behavior breakdown:
- Game loads a girl with an old save data which commands to load "BodyType" other than 1 (Tits mod use a unified body type instead of separate BodyType_1/2/3).
- Game can't find the body type so there's a missing sprite. You can only get rid of that slave. If there's any other slave which appears with that body type they'll get same error. The solution is to start new game which clears save data and loads assets correctly after the mod is applied.

Just press "new game" button. Technically speaking "Save Data" files still exist and you can overwrite them safely with Saving action. You also want to keep your in-game settings and gallery data in case you finished the game (it also tracks the unlock of "Skip Tutorial" option in game menu).
Current Tits Mod is "V2p" which is designed to work with 2.0.16.0 version of the game with DLC by the way (saying it just in case, there are several versions available on the net at this time).

That's problematic... I hope you're on version 2.0.16.0 which is Tits mod is currently built on.
But the behavior of error is the same. Girl in Gallery actually use "Dwarf" race type by default, which loads BodyType "3", which doesn't exist in Tits Mod assembly-csharp.dll file anymore.
