I did download latest version, and as you said, it is "fixed" but not correctly, so i am asking will it be fixed correctly in a patch release or will we have to wait for the next regular update

He "fixed" the previous problem of which he was made aware of the day it has been released the next usual update a few days back.
There was no bugfix in between.

So it is ... not likely that he would issue a bugfix to fix a "fixed" translation now.

Maybe if you are lucky you have a fixed dialogue in the next regular version.

Another reason I think he will learn quickly is because of the developer's release schedule. Monster Eye has said on Discord that the game story will be nine chapters long. The eighth chapter will be the climax ending. The ninth chapter will be the epilogue. We are in chapter seven right now. So if the developer wants to finish the game by March or April, like he says he does, he better have the MC learn quickly.

If the current schedule rings true in chapter 8 it will get even more hectic than it already is.
Simply because the harem, if MC chose that "option", needs to be established with the apparent Main LIs Rachel, Sofia, Nina and maybe Anne.
Including one or more celebratory fucks ...
The fight (there really is no way around that) with Fishy McFishhead aka. the king of the sea for Grace and/or story clues.
Helping and subsequently fucking Maxine is in that chapter. Helping involves dealing with a literal devil ...
There is the issue with Lily, the murder (or is he still alive somehow?) of Edward that needs resolving.

And these are only the things that absolutely need to happen before the epilogue.

There are things that are "nice to have".

Like sort of helping Suzi (Faun Wondertit character) for example.
Or "getting it on" with Olga, Essentia or Prof. Sharpe.
The complete werewolf transformation and the Great Wolf also is in this category (which says a lot about a game centered on a werewolf)

Long story short if the dev did not extend the number of chapters, which are relatively comparable in size so far, it will feel more rushed than the "ambush scene" with some things from that list "forgotten" and maybe mentioned in the epilogue.

What abilities would the MC use to beat the big shark man in their upcoming fight?

Claw attack to the dick.
As proud as he is about his massive cock that apparently is so big that a number of his "wives" simply die in the middle of sex because he breaks them, it is a massive weak point as well.

As I said above the chapter is bound to get busy, so there likely won't be a big complete fight and the dev may have already intended it to end with a "cheap shot".

• Larry has a sister that is either not existent or not related to Larry. My money is on the former option ...
• Many people mix up devils and demons. Demons generally are chaotic evil creatures (i.e. they do what they want and not what they are told, they are "born" with zero fucks to give ...) while devils are rightful evil creatures (i.e. they form pacts, contracts and generally have a rebar or three up the ass when it comes to rules)
  Keiris is a devil.
• The Fishy McFishhead encounter most likely is one of those overhyped battles that is over in a matter of seconds. As I've said before he has an absolutely massive weak point, is arrogant + overconfident as hell and he gave himself a massive disadvantage (fight will be on land while his magic affects the water) while giving a werewolf a massive advantage on top.

• Oh ... yeah ... you are right. MC is in college and should be studying ...

More and more, it seems to be up to the player to give the story consistency and context. Before the encounter with Suzi and the werewolf bullies and then the conversation with Nina that follows it, you have to pick the option to read the book on werewolves to give the scene better context and consistency. Also, before the encounter between Grace and king shark man, you have to to pick the option to read the book on merfolk to give the scene better context and consistency. I personally don't mind it, but I understand why players have become resentful of the game practically forcing them to make certain choices to make its clumsy storytelling work narratively.

King shark man claimed that if they were to fight on his terms and in his environment, the MC wouldn't last a minute. It would be so satisfying to beat that walking and talking sack of cartilage at his own game and on his own turf.

He already said and Grace confirmed as well that Fishy McFishhead has a massive dick that kills his mermaid wives due to them being unable to survive the size. He literally destroys their internal organs when he cums, if they survive that long that is.

As I've said a dick that large is a massive weak point.
Regardless of whether Fishy McFishhead suffers from hypersensitivity or not.

And he would be correct.
That is because MC is dependent on oxygen and can't breathe under water.
In his environment MC would start with a massive disadvantage which gets worse after a few seconds since the transformation is not gentle to clothes, including rebreathers.

Even if he somehow can convince Sofia to help him with a spell (remember she is on a "revenge against former ... bullies warpath" right now) Fishy McFishhead has magical control over that area and likely can counter these spells.

Hello, new to the game and really enjoying it, but I am running into a lot of image, music and sound effect errors. Most of the sound ones, I've been able to fix, since it was just a spelling difference in the code, and the traceback gives me the info needed to change the sound file name to make it work (woosh sound set spelled "woosh" in file name but "whoosh" in the code.) Now I have an image error that doesn't have enough info to tell me which image file to correct. Traceback is as such:

EDIT: I receive a similar error for almost every other image in the crypt scene. I can "ignore" to move past them, but I feel I am missing a lot of the story this way.

are you using walki-mod?
i would guess so, considering that cap_06_sc_10 - Emily Cripta.rpy" line 165 actually has play sex_sfx cap_06_sc_10_017 and gives no errors in "normal" game.
probably the reason for 99% of others errors you are getting...

yup, checked now, and you ARE using walki mod, as there is line 165 play sex_sfx img_17, so you better go to mod thread and ask for help there.

A lot of attention has been paid to the confrontation in the hall between several of the potential LIs, and that it occurs even when the MC is specifically not on any of their paths, let alone all of them. Personally I wonder if it could be 'solved' by a dialogue option along the lines of 'What are you maniacs talking about? Just because I was nice to you doesn't mean we are dating'.

Related, but I can't seem to trigger the option right after that scene to tell Anne that the MC is only interested in her, even on playthroughs where he hasn't been involved with any other LIs.

In the most recent update, after the confrontation with King Shark Morlos, Grace mentions she and the MC slept together even in playthroughs where they did not.

At any rate, still really enjoying the VN, and looking forward to new updates.

Unfortunately, the more plots there are the harder it is to keep track of everything without making mistakes
