To be fair, MGE is kind of a moral grey area when you REALLY think about it. The whole "You're going to be raped by a monster girl until you love them" thing is uh... yeah.

Maybe. But not really. KC said everyone lives better after. And he created it so what he says goes. I’m not trying to start a fight, really. But like they all HATE MG’s and make genocide fanfics of it. And come to good fanfics demanding the Main Character starts slaughtering MG’s and there kids For the order. It gets annoying.

I played Monster Girl Dreams. I liked that game. I didn't want to kill anyone.
I Watched Monster Musume. Fun show. Big Tiddie Suu best girl.
MGE has a defined conflict, making it more than just fap material. There are factions in this setting, and neither of them are good guys. But you know what? One side has an assload of op mary sues, several gods on their sides, two people who beat the shit out of a top god, and gets by in the setting by brainwashing everyone on the other side and then trying to moralize it. The other side is an underdog by comparison and you know what? Once that post nut clarity hits i'm going to be looking past the big snake tiddies and read about what I just fapped to.
And I'm going to root for the underdog.
I like Monster Girls. I like domination. But my dick can only take so much beating before blood starts flowing back to my brain and I start thinking again.
I also like Grimdark, and MGE is certainly Grimdark, so YES i'm going to root for the order because it makes MGE more fun to me.
Because I gotta stop fapping at some point, and theres a bit more than just porn here to hold my interest.
And if this is a Role Playing Game as the title suggests, then I would like the player choice of picking my side without getting rail roaded to the other.

When the two main factions in the setting wants to either send you on a suicide run to commit genocide on people who are just minding their own business, and the other side is definitely NOT minding its own business because they want to rape you until you develop Stockholm syndrome so they can use you as both a sex toy and a baby maker...
It's grimdark. Especially when you think about the logical conclusions of where the setting could go.
I mean...if all the people looking for love go to one side, then all the actually evil people are gonna be all thats left, because appealing to their softer nature didn't work on them in the first place.
I like MGE, I really do. I just don't look at it with Viagra Goggles.

Not grimdark dude. Almost nobody ever dies. The gods won’t let them. And everybody gets a happy ending and is truly happier with the monster. The creator says so dude. Not grimdark. A happy lewd fantasy.
IMO the argument isn't whether they're "happier" or not, but whether the happiness is of their own free will or forced on them.
Is it truly happiness if you're given no say in the matter?

Death isn't the worst thing that can happen to you dude. And yeah it's easy to be happy when you're basically so high you can't be sad anymore.
You brought up Warhammer. Look at freaking Nurgle. His followers are all happy, and they don't die from all the shit their god puts them through. Replace the diseases with SEX and you basically got something similar.
It's not a bad thing. Infact I wish KC would embrace the conflict he made. I just also wish he made the scales more even, because the order has nothing going for it.

If the creator says so, then yes. He said everyone is better off. Thus not grimdark. Unlike say Warhammer, which is grimdark and proudly says it.

Warhammer IS grimdark though. Nurgle’s followers are in eternal pain. KC has made it very clear on what his setting is. Any arguments others just use headcanon.

I’ll be honest. If in your head canon it’s grimdark and full of death and suffering and broken hearts that’s fine dude. But it’s head canon and not what the official creator says happen, so yea.

On Nurglite Daemon worlds, everyone is this happy. Nobody dies, they just rot in bliss.
In Demon Realms, everyone is this happy. Nobody does, they just fuck whether they really want to or not. But due to their brainwashing they probably do.
No one has to die for things to be Grimdark. An army of brainwashed rapists taking over the planet with the only people capable of stopping them being a bunch of incompetent, murderous fanatics is grim enough.
In We Happy Few everyone was happy but it was still a grimdark dystopia, and they force drugs into you if you're not as happy as everyone else.

"The creator said so" isn't exactly an end-all be-all argument winner. Something like that is how you can absolutely ruin a series. For just one example, take a look at J.K. Rowling.
Besides, I don't think anyone likes being told "Your interpretation is wrong because this other person said so". I mean, what's the point of art if not for everyone having their own interpretation of it?
Ultimately, there are two separate sides here, and I have no idea if one will ever get the other to agree. So long as this discussion stays civil however, I see no problems with it continuing. That, or we can just agree to disagree, and leave it there. Either way, I'm fine with it.

I mean I think authorial intent does matter and I think it's pretty clear that for the most part Kenko_Cross doesn't want people to view the monster girls as intrinsically "evil" but they also want them to actually have monstrous features and abilities. But this also results in some issues where so much of the content revolves solely around sex that it makes it hard to actually view monster girls as actually empathizing with humans outside of wanting to have sex with them and some of the stuff they do is just blatantly what a lot of people would actually consider evil and we don't really have any reason to think it's something like anti-monster bias affecting the narrators perception of the actions they're doing. But all that said I don't think that's the intent that the creator had and I'm in the most monster girls aren't bad camp but I think the game could be a good way to make up for those issues considering the MC is directly interacting with the monster girls and not from a mostly third person perspective from the Scholar.

Order wants to kill the monster lord, and wants humans to kill monsters.
Monsters want to make love to humans, and monster lord has forbade any killing of humans.
On that alone, joining the order is absolute lunacy. A step further...
If the order wins, all natural monsters that were transformed into monster girls by the monster lord's rise to power would turn back into regular monsters. This would inadvertently kill any humans married to these monster girls when they transform back into regular monsters and attack their husbands. So yeah joining the order means wanting to kill regular dudes that got married to monster girls.
And you want to side with the Order?
