Sad situation indeed. It would be helpful to have something in the OP giving an outline of the situation with this game because there are other people who may have played something like the Steam prologue a few years ago and now wonder what happened to this project.

Actually I played the Steam version but I was playing alone in a corner so I was not aware of the situation of the game
If you played the Steam version, try this one in the OP. It offers a little more. However, I warn you that it is an unfinished build, missing scenes and it has an open ending (cliffhanger). You can also try test builds, prototypes, Easter, Halloween builds if you want to see extra content that is not in the main game.

Prologue is an older F2P version on steam
Patreon version was last updated Aug 2020 which is 0.44.3

i decided to check his discord (looking SPECIFICALLY for his replies)
