which one? lag or encounter?
for lag that should appear mostly when viewing items, put the ones you dont use in storage
For ability, just pick it and press left shift
the game become realy strange
after losing against that 7 tails kitsune every two movement I encounter a monster which make the game imposible to play
I stop abilities
send every thing to the storage and its the same problem
as i said, the encounter frequency is probably due to double and quatriple encounter, just pick that ability and press shift to remove it. If you still have a problem, post your save file.

Depends on hdd/cpu. If on laptop it will be slow. Takes ~10-15 min on my end, you already have recent patch on previous page.

If you properly apply both patches (Dargoth + ArzorX), then all meaningful text should be translated. Some of the flavor text and Labyrinth of Chaos is not. But that is because Paradox part 2 easily has as much text as the original trilogy. Translating games is huge amounts of work.
