With regards to equippable special abilities, would anyone happen to know if "Steal Rate +300%" applies to all party members? Trying to get some panties for Sensei, but it's gonna be a grind if I have to level Trickster on every character for the boost. The base steal chance is horrendous to say the least.
Some abilities like "Gold +300%" make sense to be party-wide, but others aren't really clarified. And do these abilities take effect even if they're equipped on inactive party slots (5-12)?

It does not stack with others, should be obvious since it is steal with specific character and not post battle drop rate.
gold is monster specific and static, should be easy for you to check difference with out it and with it on inactive members or multiple.

1) Decrypt 'Game.rgss3a' using Decryptor
2) Rename or Remove 'Game.rgss3a' (You want the game to read the translated files, not the ones stored in here)
3) Overwrite 'Data' Folder with those from the archive
4) Optional Add Paradox.png to 'Graphics\Titles1' Folder
5) Optional Overwrite Game.ini if you haven't already done so in the past
6) Play Game
*This isn't for people that want to compile the Translation files*

Note: For those coming from a decrypted 2.23/2.30/2.31/2.32/2.34 you can save yourself a few gigs by updating from 2.23 to 2.30, 2.30 to 2.31, 2.31 to 2.32, 2.32 to 2.34, then 2.34 to 2.35

Thanks for the update.
But I got an error while applying the patch, and was wondering if anyone else has gotten it too. I went from v2.23 straight into 2.35, and added the new scrypts.

Do you have a source for this or are you referring to the blog post from a while back? Next update is taking a while and it wouldn't surprise me if turned out to be something like v2.40 at this point.
TrTr did mention it was scheduled for release after SHRIFT's collaboration event. Does anyone more involved with that game happen to know when this is supposed to happen?

If it's Decrypted then yes. Those are the raw JP versions so you'll also have to re-apply the translation when you are done.
