Bimbo means dumb but attractive. It doesn't mean using surgery to turn yourself into a fuckdoll. I don't have issues with ntr or corruption. What's icky is surgery. You can be a bimbo without plastic surgery to alter your body and skin.
One game I remember where it's not fetishized is "Rise of the Crime Lord". Your best friend is a black guy, and there's even a swinger scene with him, but nothing about it has any of the usual bbc this bbc that cringe.
The other guy mentioned DMD, and while Martin is certainly a nice guy, the whole race thing is definitely fetishized there.
I'm in the same boat as this guy, for me the whole idea of implants isn't 'hot' or 'naughty', it's just trashy and gross. I'd feel the same way if a game had a LI who was like "look at how corrupt I'm getting! I'm shooting heroin into my arm!" like errr okay, gross.
To answer your question though, no, it doesn't seem like it's avoidable, she gets the implants regardless.

This one's on me on this case. Im not a native english speaker and for me bimbo was always about a hot woman that has necessarily gone to surgery, the woman in this game doesnt seem dumb to me, she is a boss at her work in fact.
About ntr and corruption, I wasnt talking about you necessarily. But its funny how people are trying to avoid everything that this game focuses. Its like watching jurassic park and asking if the movie has plenty of dinosaurs since you have a problem with that.
But anyway, the surgery is not avoidable and the whole plot of the game is about this mom that want bigger boobs and how this affects her life, self-steem etc

Its quite hot to me. But I get it, this game is more hardcore than vanilla, and Ive been more into those kinds lately. But definitely not for everyone.
About dmd, yea, its definitely fetishized and after all, martin flirted with dee in the first place. But dmd doesnt have ntr, which is a shame, because I honestly think it fits, and dee only fucks him if the mc lets her, and martin respects all of that. And he respects her and the mc too, never trespassing any boundaries. So I mean, there's a bbc fetiche there, but in terms of a "nice black guy" this character is still one on the list imo.
