I've seen a couple of other commenters saying almost the same thing (no movie), though I don't know of a solution to help you. If you were using a PC, that'd be an easy fix.
The only thing that comes to mind is you may need to download an app that allows you to play webm videos. I don't know if that will help you, but it's worth a try.
