Thought I fixed all the battle stuff...? lol can't find it now, rechecked my files and actually tested both battles...guess I didn't quite get them fixed or something...so confused.

1) Extract to "game" subfolder where "My_cute_cousin.exe" is located
2) Play game

It's in the game but it's hard to pull off, there's a lot of steps, it's 100% optional and there's no way to stumble on to it if you're playing the nice guy.

I was postponing to play this game since the dev seem only used the word "Cousin" as Incest bait, since the game was lacking of cousin progression and focus more on bang everyone in town, except the cousin herself as the main attraction as in the title.
Now, is there's no choice of normal sex ? and forced the player to rape cousin ? ... If no, then that's weird. But I leave the fact to you who already played it. For me, what matter most is the content of cousin. If it still lack and under-performed unlike the other females storyline ... Let say, I'm just tired of disappointment after 1,5 years in this site, and quite picky to play porn games.

No, you are not forced to do anything nasty to any character in the game. But you are right, this game has "cousin" in the name but it's more focused on the other girls. You can do two sexy photoshoots with the cousin and get a handjob from her, after you tell her you want her as a girlfriend. So some progress but not great.

Totally agree. There are many games where this scene would have been jarring or out of place, but from the first lines of dialogue in this game and every scene since then in every update, it makes perfect sense that the MC would do this. It's... odd... that anyone would enjoy playing this game from the perspective of a completely perverted and smutty MC douche only to clutch their pearls now. A person might not like the MC and I totally understand why anyone would rather not take the "rape your sleeping cousin after drugging her" route, but nothing we've seen from the MC's character makes this any kind of leap, and everything we've seen suggests the MC would pounce on this opportunity.
But that being said, I am curious to whether that scene is necessary to advance in pursuing consensual sex with the cousin in future updates. It would be nice if the game allowed you to skip that scene and still make progress with the cousin.

This scene is in the context of a video game. In a general genre where tags like incest, corruption, mind control and even rape are the norm, not the exception. In my eyes, playing stuff like that in a game is like, well, consentual roleplaying with safeword in the real world. It is not real. No need to get all bloodrage over some fantasy. If you don't like the game, you're literally not forced to play it.
Take me, for example. I hereby freely admit, protected by the limited anonymity of the internet, that I like fantasies about incest, mind control, harem, false loli (npc, though looking young, is of legal and consentual age), mild furry and mild corruption. I dislike themes like rape, futa, hard corruption and netorare. I hate true loli (npc is atually minor), bimbofication (hard corruption+), bestiality and snuff. That are my tastes/fetishes, and I choose my games and patrons to support accordingly. Those who feel different choose differently, and I will not judge or belittle them because of that.
But again, that is in the context of a fantasy, a game, a roleplay. Everybody should better be aware that it is exactly that, and not more.
If one cannot separate fantasy and reality, he/she better seek professional help, because...
As soon as anyone happens to commit most of those acts (there are no furries, sadly, and a harem of consentual individuals - why the heck not) in the real world, his or her ass shall be toast.
