It just worked for me the same night Anna said Barbara would come to the house. I don't have any other outstanding tasks on my list either, its just to meet Barbara

do some research this error is caused by saving in events/animations best to save in the living room or on map

Not sure what I did wrong, but I completed sleeping with all girls and it said I completed the game, but I was shot as I exited the building. Is that THE ending, or just one of the POSSIBLE endings. He shot me because I was stronger than him and he wasn't going to give me a chance to beat him. Also, is it possible to get all girls to 5 stars or only a few... I got the Trainer to 1 star; the Nurse to 2 stars; Barbara and the Shopkeeper to 3 stars; Emily and Jenny to 4 stars; and Anna, the Dean, the Director and the Main Love Interest to 5 stars.

The flexibility book goes to the roommate/cousin. I haven't found where the chocolates go yet.
Update: Once you unlock the office, you can give the chocolates to Jenny (the receptionist). The Chocolate bar rewards 2 small hearts, the Box of Candies reward 5 small hearts. They might be beneficial if given early on. Towards the end they seem to have little to no effect.

but how do I give her the book? I bought it, but every time I talk with her I dont get any option to give it to her

Try moving the mouse to the left of the screen near the edge, a little more than halfway down. The inventory of items should appear. Click the book and it should say something like "I have a gift for you". If the item isn't designed for that person it will tell you.

After playing through a few times, I must say, this was a great game. Unfortunately, it feels like it was abruptly stopped. I was half expecting there to be more material surrounding the dorms, library and Dean. Screwing the college girl once in the dorms just wasn't enough...The nurse also made a statement at the start about coming back after you were cured to try things again, which didn't appear. Never-the-less, it was still a great game. I didn't like the fake ending though... I didn't figure out the ending wasn't the ending until I watched a YouTube video to see if there were things I missed. The chocolate was one, and the ending was the other...
I thought the renders and animations were stellar. Should the devs ever read this, AWESOME JOB! Thank you!

If you spend some time reading through the Walkthrough in the Extras section on the Opening Page, all the information is there. I'd suggest start about page 4 and read all the actions you need to perform for the characters first (beginning around page 4). The first 2 or 3 pages are good for activities later on.
