I hate doing multiple playthroughs, but at the same time with the exception of some content I want to see everything. More games need something like this.

But does that mean after every time a LI can get pregnant, you'll have to write something up multiple scenes to get her questioning if she is pregnant. And multiple scenes for the MC to go get a test for her.

Yeah, it's a condition, not a disease. Like having heterochromia, ADHD, nanism, gigantism, albinism and so, so, so many more.
To some extent ALL of us have one condition or another. Most are negligible and you don't need to even know about them. Some are serious and can impact the quality of your life or determine some specific conditions that will allow you to have some comfort. We are the result of many thousands of years of evolution and adaptation. Those two things work by creating "conditions" that are tested against the environment, if the individual survives and reproduces, it's considered effective and those genes are passed down the genetic tree.
So, it isn't that hard to imagine the advantage of someone with vitiligo surviving in a jungle environment, using it's natural camouflage. Well, they did. The gene entered the genetic pool and is now walking around in a different environment. And, some hunters (of many types of prey) still use the lessons learned from their camouflage.
If you really try, you can find reasons for the survival of almost all "conditions", if they weren't effective, they wouldn't exist anymore. Just use your imagination.

It happened to me the same when I played. Seeing a gallery with a blurred scene and having to do a whole playthrough to see it looked a bit grindy, so I've tried to avoid it. As of now the only scenes that need a new playthrough are Maddie's Blackmail scenes in the fitting room. For her date on v.0.9B I'll do a "What if menu" like the one with Daph and Scarlett.
I've done it for three girls who are experiencing early symptoms (Alexia, Eileen, and Norah). It has been fun (and Norah's scene isn't even finished until the MC gives her the tests) but writing (and reading) the same scene every now and then would be boring for you and for me. There comes the time jump magic to avoid it.
The team:
* Me: Writer, artist, coder, playtester, and relationship with the players.
* QC (my wife): First proofread of the Spanish version. Change things like "A woman would not say that", "Please, change Samantha's dress, she looks slutty in that one" (remember that Sam said she tried 4 dresses before deciding? Those 4 dresses were rejected by QC). She tweaks the women's mentalities to make them more believable. Forces me to take rest periods to avoid burnout, and to go to sleep between 2:00 and 3:00 at most. Feeds me broccoli if I make Erika cry again.
* My stepson: First proofreading in English (non-native) and beta test of around 60-80 different route combinations.
* Erica: Inspiration for Erika. Second proofreading in English (non-native) and Spanish versions. Change in the girls' dialogues to make them more "real". She was ecstatic when I told her I wanted to design a character loosely based on her in a porn game!
* Some players: Changes in expressions or things that slipped the non-native proofreaders (even the native in Spanish sometimes fail)
* RiamMar: Help with coding and making a wonderful mod.

mmmonsterkill, after 12 minutes of pressing ctrl, I can confirm that's running as it should. If you Dominate Maddie, she starts with "Will you let me kiss you?" when you go to the counter. If she Dominates you, she starts with "Are you going to kiss me or do I have to go along with the blackmail?".

During 2021 I played (or started to be more specific) around 10-12 AVNs. I liked most of them, but I found that there's something in every one of them that I would change to adapt them to my taste.
* Sandbox: No
* Losing content with a girl because I have to choose between going skiing with X or to the beach with Y: A big NO
* Forcing me into girls I don't like: A very big NO
* NTR/Sharing with other males: A huge NEVER
* Adding more variety (personality/skin color/body types): A big Yes
* Adding variety in pubic hair: A huge YES
And so on.
I had written a short sci-fi story (not published) some years ago, I had some experience in 3D rendering (mostly with Poser 10 years ago), and I know how to do basic coding, so the day I turned 49 (in October 2021) I started to adapt that short story to an AVN I would like to play taking into account all the Yes/No mentioned above, introducing all my kinks (as optional) and some kinks that I'm not a fan but don't make me uncomfortable (also as optional).
In January 2022 I had a big draft of the story and I began writing the scenes, coding, and rendering in my free time. I thought 6 a months frame for a first release would be nice, publishing it in July or August. I ended up devoting every free minute (besides work and family time) to My Dorm, and the first release was done in 3.5 months. I published it in late April.
My goal was to publish an update approximately monthly with about 10.000 words and around 300 renders. I've got so sucked into the girls' lives that I published 10 updates in 268 days with 168.428 words and 7.772 renders. Less time, more words, and more renders than planned.
Also the reception has been much better than expected, so I want to make better and bigger content because I think the players deserve it.
