+Progression feels natural or at least as natural as possible given the nature of AVN.
+MC isn't some overpowered Shota who enters the game with all stats maxed (like 90% of all isekai anime).
+LIs and side characters interact normally with each other.

+Hairy snatches! Already adressed the variety of appearances in general, but this needs a special mention. IRL not every girl is a baldie (no matter what porn or Playboy tries to sell us) and I for one am a fan of hair down there. Special shout out to The Yeti! Love it.

-There are still some translation errors, wrong name usage in earlier installments (I'll do another playthrough and screenshot one of these days). Not enough to break submersion for me, but if I do have the option to rename characters I'd like it to be consistent.
The game is currently being proofread by two independent native speakers, so I hope its quality will improve. I write a lot and my translation isn't the best, so they are having a hard time.

Call it a coincidence. I'm a black-haired/redhead fan, and not so fan of blondes (although I wouldn't reject a woman due to her hair color). It was an unconscious thing that came together with a couple of unforeseen coincidences.
Scarlett was going to be a natural blonde, but her skin texture comes with drawn black pubic hair and black eyebrows. I tried to remove both but the effect was not good, so she's a blonde - turned blackhaired - dyed blonde.
Sophie is a natural blonde, but she lost her screen time to Megan and Maddie.
There is another character who is a natural blonde also, her eyebrows give her away. Her current hair color has some background story to it, but she will end up returning to the blonde side of life.
On a personal note, I'm the kind of player who will unlock any and every content that is offered at least once, I have very few restrictions (no necrophilia, rape or scat but okay with urination) so the several pages of NTR/Lesbianism/Haremvs.Poly discussions were interesting. I admire Dev's patience and civil tone. I'd have lost patience a while ago.
I promised all non-vanilla content (or what enters my concept of vanilla) would be optional. There won't be necro, rape, scat, or NTR (among the ones you named). Also no lesbianism without the MC present (and without the player allowing it). Poly can be a good thing, but it doesn't fit the game theme.
My wife thinks that I should have the same patience with her mother as I have in the forum. I can't.
I'm not sure if i have a favourite yet, time will tell. Let's just say that I am happy that Megan got upgraded from Side-chick to LI (if I read all the signs correctly). I love Eileen, despite the tiresome discussion ("WE WERE ON A BREAK!!"). I like Alexia mostly because of The Yeti, personality-wise, she could use some more development.
You read the signs right. Megan and Maddie were upgraded to detriment of Sophie.
Alexia has got little screen time (only over Simone and Megan) although is tied with Norah and Eileen for the most sex scenes. I plan on correcting that in the next updates.
Regarding sub/dom, I only like it as a natural progression of a relationship, with 2 people discovering a a kink and letting it develop naturally. Like Norah's exhibition kink which doesn't feel forced. Blackmail is just a tiresome game mechanic to me (but then, I've played many, many AVN).
I thought the sub/dom thing (a field in which I'm NOT an expert) just otherwise.
It begins with blackmail but, for example in the femdom route, the blackmail loses its power very fast (the moment you begin a relationship with Martha. Remember Maddie doesn't know about it). From then on, they are two people who have discovered a shared kink. Maddie still thinks she has the power due to the blackmail, the MC knows the truth.
