I mean you could switch, but I don't think that will be necessary. The update they made seems to only concern A.I content. Personally I think if I started making a game now I wouldn't even bother creating a patreon page. Their rules are very dumb and on SS as long as you're not doing anything illegal you can pretty much whatever you want with your game.

For people wondering this is what it says in their guidelines:

Pornography and sexual services:

Patreon does not allow pornography, which we define as images and videos depicting humans engaging in sexual acts including, but not limited to, masturbation and sexual intercourse. This policy applies to works featuring real humans as well as photorealistic representations of a human, regardless of how the works were created. Works deviating from reality in terms of visual representation (such as animations or illustrations as seen in cartoons, comic strips, or graphic novels, among others) may depict nudity in sexual contexts as long as it complies with our other guidelines.

None of these games are photorealistic.

On the "photo-realistic" front, You get the right lighting, textures, and settings, and setup the scene right you can get some pretty "realistic" renders out of Daz. So.. again.. their whole thing is very open to interpretation.

Photorealistic means that you look at a photo and you can't tell if it's a real picture or computer generated image. Even the games with the best renders on this forum can't pass as photorealistic. People need to chill out a bit. The update they made was about A.I and deep fakes.

nah but games like the one who copies game of thrones actors or the street fighter one can def get nuked

Yeah if you're using someone's likeness in your game you can definitely get nuked. But for the vast majority of games nothing is going to happen since the update was about A.I and deep fakes.

Agreed. It seems the focus is on real porn games and AI/photorealistic porn games, and may or may not extend to porn games with 3Dcg/Daz models of real people (for example, a certain game that is quasi-based on a witchcraft & wizardry novel/movie franchise that has a character which is a Daz/Renderosity model of Emma Watson, and recently introduced a character which is a Daz/Renderosity model of Jenna Ortega/Wednesday Addams).

Honestly the jenna ortega one doesn't even look like her. The emma watson one is way more accurate but that is a discussion for another thread.

I agree... she's clearly supposed to be Wednesday, but she doesn't look that much like Jenna. Actually, a lot of the "celebrity lookalike" Daz models don't look that much like the celebrities they're supposed to look like, but a few actually do (there's a Gal Gadot-alike Daz model that's pretty spot-on, IMO).
