NTR and romance incest with family are two tags together that scare off loads of people though.
For good reason since the interests of those two groups of players are almost complete opposites, so makes it extreme hard for a dev to make a good game that includes both and satisfies both groups. Better overall to choose one I would think unless you are certain as a dev you are a very good writer and are prepared to put in a lot of extra work on your game to make both work.(Just one small example is that in NTR the player wants a third NPC character to have sex with the women in game, while romance incest players on the whole will want the MC to have sex with the women in game and even too much lesbian sex that does not lead to a harem for MC will be seen as more or less disposable content they were not waiting for. Not even talking yet on how the NTR on the women, might make them uninteresting as romanceable LI's for romantic players or vice versa. )
