The game was/is completed. This is basically My Forest home 2.0, or 3.0 if you count the randomized exploration version. Its being remade with new animations from the ground up.
As is tradition, this version has little to nothing, just some slime girls and regular slimes to combat or have sex with. I didn't encounter any bugs, but I played for less than 2 minutes to experience the 'content'.

that's debatable, Its less a remake and more a engine upgrade, most everything is staying the same, its just being reimplemented. Eventually it will be the same game as the 2.35, 2.50 versions then it will over take them.
I will say 2.35 and 2.50 did not feel finished, 2.50 was so unstable, and 2.35 felt like there was content missing still.

I never felt like it had missing content, but to be fair I think the last version I played was 2.0

No update is version 0.01 which is start of complete rework of previous content into new engine. For now it is only show case of menus and HUD, in game time, movement, combat and sex system working.

I imagine if it was optional in the old version, it will be the same in the new. Otherwise why would there be a button to genderbend? There just aren't any animations for female x male in the new ver yet unless there's a way to leave the slime tutorial that i'm unaware of

Well even it is going to be a female protag it became one of those games where I want to cheat my HP it just goes back to the original value. I tried to do a pointer but I only know one way to make a working one but that failed.
PS: When I wanted to make the pointer I saw a Threadstack (or something like that) named process. Is that an anticheat (I think it because the name is pointing it out)? Because I hate nothing more than an anticheat in a porn game.
