I'll just add this: if the game ends with Sana out there doing adventures with Anon at home, that could mean that she could pop up in future games from time to time and we the players would know that poor Anon is still getting ntr:d when we see her doing the nasty with characters from those games. Maybe she could take the role of someone like Fief and help corrupt the FMC like I have seen it be suggested before.It would have been interesting if the antagonist of the 4th town was a tank rather than a dps. Anon is portrayed as kinda useless, both in the gameplay (his tanking does not seem very effective, it would have been better to just have another dps) and from dialogue where he's always forgotten when decisions are made. It would be a logical step in both Sanas corruption and the development of the party if he was pushed aside in favor of a more competent tank, at least temporarily. I know that the 4th antagonist is set as a warlock, and I don't think that's a very tanky class, but I'm talking hypothetically!
Sana loves Anon and would not, at least not yet, want to kick him out completely but if she got her eyes on a handsome high level tank she might rationalise (to herself and to Anon) sidelining her boyfriend with the excuse that the upcoming dungeon seems very challenging and that they must use the aid of the much higher level dude to clear it. In reality she just wants some dick and the dungeon is not really harder than what they've been used to. Anon would start making the point that it really does not seem that bad but of course he would be gaslighted and the party goes on without him. Or maybe Sana lets him follow along but he's asked to keep his distance and not get in the way (after all the max party size is 3 duuh), maybe he will catch glimpses of the "fighting" () ahead while he's trying to keep pace behind the party.
It would fit thematically with how little control Anon has over party decisions and it would be another step in Sanas corruption where she goes from simply not being able to say no to actively seeking out sexy time with others, being willing to take more and more drastic steps to do so growing more distant from Anon.
But of course the party still needs a dps class which would allow the fan-favorite Fief to return! perfect!
I don't know how Headpat is planning to end the game, if Sanas corruption will go so far that she completely forgets about Anon or what, but if I was making this game and had decided on Sana and Anon breaking up I would probably start the breakup like this. In that case the replacement of Anon would eventually become permanent and Anon would find himself without a party. Maybe he and Sana would still be together but Sana would be away most of the time adventuring with her party while Anon stays at home taking care of Sanas prophesised child.

Considering the next game is most likely gonna take place in the same fantasy world, that seems likely. Would definitely be cool to have Sana cameo in future games.

As long as its not too forced the fans would be happy, and the lewd events involving her in those future games would have free extra impact since we're already familiar with her as a character and since we're aware of Anon. It would be fun to hear her refer to her boyfriend at home.
Headpat has hinted that he might add more content to the Sana game even after is done (I'm right about this yeah?). Maybe we'll get to see an epilogue of sorts taking place during one of Sanas visits home where she does what I'm suggesting here after we've seen her getting knocked up during one of her cameos in the new game!

I want to end up with Sana and Anon still together, but she's always sneaky behind his back, I prefer that
look, nobody healthy, well adjusted or mentally sound is making niche porn games for a living. If the dev says they're sick, they're sick. Ya know sitting here waiting for the update to be released, its like getting the Anon Experience™; we yearn for the chocussy yet are forsaken it. Really shines a whole new light onto the games story when you think about it .
