You can use the code "realstory" via the option on the main menu to set the characters relations so they are related.

Canade Sorry that you didn't like the story of the game but I think in this case reading the tags would have helped to prevent the landlady/landlord situation completely.
The other point where you say you end up with a character that you didn't want to end up was an error on my part that I fixed for the next version. But this game is very story focussed and your decisions matter - so I can understand why you didn't like it when it was too much reading for you.

No prob and there are many things that I like about the story. The game is just very heavily story focused, and therefore the amount of reading is pretty intense, with not many opportunities for a mental breather. The Landlady Roomate issue for me is when I hear 'we are half-roomate and half-roomate" which is a given for "half-brother and half-sister"or anything that references incest, which is a huge turnoff for me and not something that I can head-cannon my way around.
Here are some things that I like: I like the positive feeling that this game gives off; I like the sleeping scenes with Sandra; I like the femdom; I like all the characters and the direction of the game, especially Maggie.
I wish you the best and hope that this game does well.

To be fair i didnt know about Patreons Pain in the Ass politic about Games and that the poor GameDevs have to work with the stupid rules.First i was thinking you have a strange Realation with you collage Roommate or something but know i now it better ^^ But isnt there a better alternative who gives you more freedom so you can provide games like the meant to be played? But at least now i get it why some Games like " *** in the House " are so confusing about trying to fuck your Roommate xD

This game like most other incest games uses a code or patch to change the relationships to what they should be to make sense with the plot. Play the game without the patch or code and you have landlady etc, with the patch or code landlady becomes mom.
There are some other subscription platforms that some devs are starting to use that aren't as restrictive as Patreon like Subscribstar they just need their supporters to be willing to move over to another subscription service that likely won't offer the easy payment options that Patreon has, the main issue regarding incest etc is with Paypal and the Credit card companies not just Patreon.
I'm going to be real. I'm glad I read the thread first before jumping deep into it. It makes a lot more sense now that I used the code, but I LOL'd so hard when I read "Oh yes, Big Roommate."
So far? I'm digging it.

You download it then remove the numbers and the _ then place it in the game folder and let it overwrite and start up a new game.
Make it look like this: script.rpy
You only have to be nice to becca when Sandra is around the first day, you should also let her stay during the talk. After that you can ignore the mother if you dont like her
The easiest way to ensure you made everything correct until that point is to always pick the top option in every decision.
That's in general how I made the game. Top decision = always best outcome
.That part was an error on my side, I didn't set a proper flag for the second Becca event at the pool ( same with the Mary/Fiona thing, I was missing flags there ). This will be fixed with 0.6!
If you declined the relationship earlier then she will be avoided again in 0.6, only this event happened regardless of your choice ( due to me making an error )
2nd day of .6 is out now for 15 dollar patreons with first day being released to 5 dollar tomorrow, with his patreons going up hes spending more time on the game so more updates per version

There are no "right" choices.
Most choices mean something and most things are optional so it's all down to your personal preference.
From what i've seen the main focus is the romance/harem side of it so the "not so nice", for those that want it, is very secondary.
Currently it's pretty low on my priority list. I will probably finish as much as I can for the love/harem path before I consider doing paths that involve the player not being nice. They will come though, just my focus is more on the main route at the moment.
I also plan to add one ending for each main girl if you don't like the harem path down the line. ( Main girls are Sandra, Lucy, Maddie, Becca, Mary and Alice at the moment ).
