Like I said, I agree with all that.Asking someone to do the bare minimum as a developer, and communicate with their audience, deliver updates when they say they are going to, and not be an asshole is not a "demand".
I simply disagreed with your statement of it being a "product they are paying for".
And that, as an artist on Patreon, he's simply under no obligation to do anything that is "asked" of him by his patrons.
If the consequence of his behavior means he loses support, that's on him.
And as for it not being a demand, there's a fine line between asking and demanding,
but this being the internet and reading thru the comments here,
I assumed there's not a lot of "asking nicely" being done
(I'd be happy to be wrong, ofcourse)
