I've downloaded both 0.6.5 and 0.6.6 but beyond that and extracting them after downloading I'm clueless as the last time I did anything beyond that I completely made the game unplayable so I had to delete everything and start over again

Will removing the moaning voices from the game files break the game? I find them very annoying during sex scenes especially when it changes to hentai type moaning to porn acting moaning.

If you have the base game 0.06.0 then unzip the patch onto the folder of the said base game, do it with the 0.06.5 and the 0.06.6. Or look for the complete 0.06.6 version of the game that was posted here.

Go east from old quarter until you are on the next part of town, and then keep walking until you see the road going south take that road. For some reason BON didn't label midtown on the map and if you forgot that you visited Andrea's home this hurts you.
This may sound like a silly question but what is the folder called that I need to place the two patches in? As for the complete 0.06.6 version it only works for a Mac computer and I only have Windows 10 as I've already downloaded that one but I couldn't play it after extracting it as I didn't find the file that lets me start playing the game itself as a Mac download
BON has redesigned Nesrot. I think he has done a great job. He looks amazing

I Remember BON first idea for a redesign for Nesrot and while I like the original more I well admit the new design he has in mind for him looks a hell of a lot better than the first idea for a redesign for him. In the first Idea he looked like a wannabe gangster.

Now that I take a closer look Nersot's new design looks as though he just got himself a haircut, ear piercing and got some tattoo's. I can't wait to see this version of Nersot in the game myself as well.
Me too, is my favorite game. I know there are better ones but personally I like the most. I am impatient for the next update.

Don't worry, just look at the picture here it shows the game's root folder, just copy the unzipped patch in it and past, overwrite everything and voila it's done. this is the base game (5gb or so). Oh and don't forget, uncompressed patch for the uncompressed game and full patch for the full game, they don't mix.

Dont know about the new Nesrot. The old one look like he could swindle you, the new one looks like he will rob you in a dark alley., like a low level thug.
Thank goodness he change Aunt Maggie. The redhead was ugly as the devil. Look at that face. It looks like an old alcoholic woman. xD The new one looks like Jack's rebel little sister. I impatient for see content about her.
