Look for the mystery packages located throughout the maps at different times. The walkthrough has a really good guide to this.

they meet you in front of your house when you leave it. pretty sure it happens on the monday after the party

this however before you can look for these you need to trigger the stealth alley thief appearance first. to do this you need to walk up at dawning and interact with a sleeping maria. once you do this it will mention you need to work on your stealth. then when you leave for school the next morning you will run into the alley thief. from here go to east town after you are teleported home to speak with her. after this do what the person mentioned above me.

IOW: You can not go into Derek's house in the Commercial District yourself, you will only get there automatically with Chloe as part of Amy's quest.

    • NOTE: Before advancing forward you probably will want to ensure you have completed the Maria quest line up to point #6. If you do not you will miss out on one of the better scenes involving Maria.

    • h. Talk with Maria. Enjoy the scene.

The Beggar has several missions involving multiple girls. The mission relating to Nadine is completely outlined in Section 14.

I can't finish the maria job mission. after the elevator on the way to her rivals office she says that i have to follow her. Then she walks a few step and simply disappears. I then still can walk into the office i think. But then it doesnt continue.

this version of the game is bugged. You can get past it by doing the following.

1) copy and paste your current save to an older version of the game with the correct dummy save slot, start the older version up, finish the mission and paste it back to the newer version.

or

2) Download the mod version of the game which has this bug fixed and play it on that.

I downloaded the modded version last night and aside from a few ERROR messages every few hours it runs fine.

There is a severe bug in the Maria lab quest that causes her to disappear. The modded version of the game available from the OP fixes this bug and you should be able to continue with that quest.
